yes and no. There are moments where the ml is supporting the second ml but it basically is what you see on the promotion picture: The puppeteer playing with his " doll" to fulfil his plans.

Are you arguing learning is responsible for short attention spam? I do not fully comprehend that.

interesting insight. Indeed, in my research I also found a lot of negative influence on the neurological development of children and young adults due to social media. However being online does not necessarily mean you using social media. It is however an interesting assumption, that anyone who is online must be using these platform and thus suffers from short attention spam, and I would gladly receive your data for this.
However, when it comes to your specific case selection for this assumption here, I must reject it since I fit neither. In my generation, it was taught to read and then make judgements. Not opposite ;) But pls do send me a dm for the data! really super interesting assumption you make

This was different than other korean dramas. I really really really liked how unusual the characters felt. It was a joy. But I do think that somehow the drama did not truly use it's potential. We had characters introduced and relationships build up but then they fell flat, making you wonder what their purpose was.Plus the chemistry between the ml and the fl. It was golden, but not used at all. We do not truly know a lot about their past relationship or why the fl's best friend reacted so shocked of hearing his name again, we do not learn about what the fl truly feels for him. I really wishes we had maybe 2 episodes more that would have given more room to develop that. Nonetheless, great unique drama

not much comedy in the first 2 episodes. It honestly is a very typical theme of more greyish older male lead ends up working together with the "pure" and naive young ml, with a corrupt world where connections are made to the characters tragic past.
So far it is nothing special but it is entertaining + great actors

I am less a rom-com fan but I did see Miss Day and Night and was curious about it. Defo will check it out now :)

wow! A really well done drama that is a gem to anyone who likes Agatha Christie story-types. The story was truly full of surprises and twists, amazing character and character development and truly well done acting and cinematography. Honestly, it was a joy to watch such a well developed storyline

good start but ahhhhhh these "believe in the good of humanity" people are so darn annoying. I do wish they'd for once not do these typical pairings with the younger "pure" guy and the older "beat by life" character.

after finishing the first 2 episodes I must say I am disappointed with the drama. I do not see for now a very well developed story that is constructed in a way to catch at least my attention. Kinda had higher expectations. lets see how this will continue.

2024 has not been a good year for well done crime dramas though. At least not when it comes to the ones that caught my interest. But I have some on my list that I have some high hopes for, so if they fulfil them they will get added
