Great, even if this is it and no other season, I'm satisfied.
Question/Theory: is a good assumption that Arthdal /Ago Tribe represent Korean Momo Tribe represent Japan Ikomahis represent Mongols(Genghis Khan) Hae Tribe origin (the kingdom/empire Minhol (Taealha father) mentioned represent China
Is this worth it? The premise is good so I've tried watching it twice but still couldn't get through ep1. It feels too much like gag / slapstick comedy.
Ok. The show was too slow and boring at times but it was tolerable because it was still cute and funny. All until episode 12: - the stupid decision to accept the reality show with the enemy/rival; **pride? really?** - the best friend crashing into to the tree ending up in a coma; **because that solves everything** - classic things are bad, so lets split up; **I guess I needed a reminder that this was a KDrama**
All totally STUPID and ridiculously unnecessary. And this is where I draw the line. DROPPED.
I mean yeah, your situation is messed up, but you have a solidify group of friends and together, you were all able to get through the worst of difficult times. Things have even got better since you now have a capable bf, your mother-in-law supports you and your support system is even more stronger now.
**But yea lets throw it all away for no good reason**
I had the exact same thought as you, read my reply below. It was so sad to watch when ML says "he stole my wife,…
"It was so sad to watch when ML says "he stole my wife, stole my child and i need apologize? "(paraphrasing here) to his friend." - That got me weak, I literally started bawling.
Still thinking whether I should start this…And did you like „the ingenious one“? Just want to compare our…
I like "the ingenious one" better; the characters in The Ingenious One are more mature and their decisions/actions are less impulsive and childish. The romance is steady & progressive as opposed to the stale romance in love-in-between.
This was very good, all around. Had everything the martials arts, romance, feels, and even a little lofi ost. It didn't drag and the whole the story was flowing and progressing. I truly enjoyed it.
Show was going ok, the story was progressing, no excessive flashback or slow motion. But then Zhao Min character came and ruin it. She brought nothing to the story except being a brat.
So many things about this drama didn't make any sense. But I'll start with:1. Why did the ML think the FL was…
Hello, while there were holes in this one just as in any other show, I think 4.5 is way too low. Maybe the following clarification may change your mind:
1. If you were falsely accused of a crime, and the victims believe you to be the murderer/culprit so they testify even though you are innocent, who would you blame? Also, the only other person the ML trusted at the time, Kang Jae, told him it was the people from Belle Fair who did it; that they unfairly turned him into the murderer. It made perfect sense to plot the revenge against the company and its CEO.
2. Remember the FL is weak, naïve, sheltered and was under the complete control of her father. The crime occurred in a foreign country and her controlling father quickly got her out so she never even interviewed or saw the suspect/culprit. Also the father and henchman didn't involved themselves directly, they let their money do the talking and the corrupt cops took care of everything.
3. He was not fooled, he was always suspicious from the start but was happy about Angel Tears. And he wanted to put the Woo Jin case/document behind him so he just paid them off. Also they were not just "two-bit con men," they were pros, planned for 5 years while ML was in prison, and they even had financial backing from the guy who later betrayed them and killed Kang Jae.
4. Im not sure about this one. I don't remember them splitting up for 3 years at the end. I will have to re-watch it.
Wow, they change the original cast. Sequels/continuations (with same characters) where they change the cast doesn't usually work well. A good example is example is Ever Night.
I'm looking forward to it but Im cautious with my expectation...
I don't have iQiyi.

Episode 3 got my real hype!!!
- the stupid decision to accept the reality show with the enemy/rival; **pride? really?**
