SO I just heard that there was alot of complaints about the show and changes were needed, hence the reason why…
Thats terrifying news, I really hope they don't. Especially because of Hwan Ki, Im already too invested in him and I really want to see how he grows and how the story progress.
And after just finishing episode 5, Im a little conflicted. The only flaw in the show from ep 1-4 was the main heroine, who is flat-out ANNOYING. Yes her actions/behavior were sometimes unreasonable (in a bad way), but I thought that was just the character personality. And if anything needed changes that was it. So the fact that everything was cheaply revealed so early in only episode 5 to appease certain viewers has left me very disappointed. While I am glad that I know what actually happen, I still believe that the original plan to gradually reveal more details was a lot more enjoyable, after all that little mystery kept me intrigued and interested in the show (along with the laughs and emotions). This simply feels like a sellout to immediately boost ratings... but the cost was too pricey.
This was a hidden gem, true Gold. The chills and goosebumps from the ost the to the story, trully trully remarkable. And the ending was brilliant and not cheesy. Especially the last portrait.
My fav scence was in the beginning when Wang So joke that the price for the fake marriage is the world, and Shin Yool paused to do the calculation, I just feel in love with character right then and there. So cute and innocent.
This was a really incredible. Anything with Jang Hyuk-hyung usually is especially in historical drama. And I think this is the best romance between leads I have seen in any drama, it was sweet, sincere, and tender.
Also, connecting this drama with Six Flying Dragons, did the writers take a lot of liberty with historical accuracy? I wonder.
Still looking for a revenge plot where there is actually a revenge. Basically all I see is:
1) a main character that can not live up to the name of the show or knows what revenge is
2) a bad guy and lastly
3) an unnecessary long 50 episode drama that would have been drastically better with less episodes.
Enough of these "kill him with kindness" bulls**t.
If you gonna have a (long) series where the MC is suppose to become a monster and get his revenge, PLEASE, let him/her BECOME the monster and ACTUALLY carry-out his/her revenge. Especially if you gonna title the drama Monster.
In my humble opinion, this is officially the worst ending of any series. TRASH. Despite if there is a season two or not. After viewers invested time in over 55 episodes, this ending is extremely horrible. The romance was not unique or deep. I watched for the action, graphics (which was awesome) and Xiao Fan development(which was extremely slow and almost nonexistent). To all those staffs, actors and anyone else that was involved and worked hard on this series/drama I apologize for my harsh comments. But to the people who decided that this is hows this series/season should end, I also apologize for my harsh comments, but I am very disappointed. Shame On You.
A true beautiful masterpiece. Among all the comedy/drama/emotional movies & drama, this one is on another level way above the rest. I love the story, the actors, the laughs, and I hate crying so much, but I couldn't help it. This is truly a great movie.
I also kept it in my plan to watch list for a while, but I gave in today and I also regretted why I took so long. Great movie, I highly recommend it for anyone.
Gosh I loved this SOOOOO much!!! I ended up marathoning it in 2 days straight! LOL - It was SO good!!!! I was…
This is really a great show and I just finished it again, also within 2 days :D Honestly, the only critic I can give is that they should have taken some risk with the kissing scenes, especially the last 2 times; they looked a little bit "too safe." A little more passion was needed. Overall a great show. No matter how many times I've watched it. And yes, Goo Dong Baek-sshi is my Hero!!!!
Great show but was drastically destroyed by the end (well, the last few eps). Excellent in the beginning all throughout because the leads were both over-the-top wacky characters, until the last few where it as ruined by the usual: "because I love him so much, I gotta leave or his enemies will destroy him." In such a bold different type of KDrama, why bring the usual stupid boring norms of the lovers separating to protect their spouses (and then getting back together at the end). I sorry, but I as really disappointed. They should have stuck together till the end no matter what, and overcome. That is much more daring and unique, and bold especially since the characters are so ridiculous.
O.K. show, but worst ending ever...
1) I can not believe who he ended up with, why not DFBB or Yi Lin
2) He learned that great martial arts, but barely used it nor was it significant
3) He praticcally lost every battle and didnt defeat any1 significant
Horrible! Horrible!! HORRIBLE!!!
