Didn’t Gao asked JBN to help her and Li leave so they can live a happy life and in exchange agreed to aid JBN reveal what the empress dowager wants to do with the forged divorce decree? How does this make Gao repented of her evil plotting?

I can’t forget and forgive Miaorong so easily… she has done so many evil actions before she worked with the empress dowager and lots more after working in the palace… she is the reason JBN’s grandma died sooner than expected!

True what you said about LQ not knowing his wife’s father. However he’s been married for 5+ years and he promised his wife loyalty, protection, and love for which he immediately dismissed upon hearing what the nun reported about JBN’s father being asked to get the book and a vague memory he had of his mother and JBN’s father arguing… is that sufficient proof to accuse JBN’s father and blame her for a crime that may or may not had been committed by her father? How can LQ be so lame to blame a 20 year crime on his wife when he hadn’t even talk with the nun yet himself let alone let his wife know what he was told about her father? Instead he purposely chose to ignore and went out drinking with his friend to vent and even allowed another woman embraced him in front of his wife to really break her heart… I do not blame JBN’s actions towards LQ at all. LQ and his father are lucky that JBN hasn’t used her power to punish them for hurting her as they have!

Agree. As much as I want to feel sad for LQ … I can’t because he broke his wife’s heart and left her with no other choice but to fend for herself! Although LQ has been trying to apologize to his wife, he hasn’t told her that he believes in her father’s innocence, which is what JBN needs from her husband. At this point of time, JBN is using all her wits to keep herself and child alive, protect her mistrusting husband, protect the emperor, and expose the palace schemers and ZX. IMO, LQ doesn’t deserve to have his wife back… but JBN will end up forgiving him because she’s a loyal and strong woman 🤔🥰
