Your graphics are amazing! Great article!
Thank you very much, @Mikushi! I woke up to the article having been published. I actually wrote this a couple of weeks ago as a "currently watching" article. But since the show ended before it got published, I hurried yesterday to reformat and rewrite it (that's why some grammar mistakes slipped in --which I just fixed lol) to make it into a "5 reasons to watch" (review). I made it just in time, it seems! I also went in to fix some gifs that weren't showing up properly for some reason.

Still glad you enjoyed it :) (grammar horrors and all)!

Great in depth article! Now I feel like giving this show a chance and see if it's for me :D
Thank you and please do, @Mint! This show was a great way to end 2018! If you do decide to watch it, let me know what you think about it! :)

Thank you for the article!I started watching this show and I'm just waiting for the final episode, it's definitely…
Thank you for reading, @Doub11etroub1e! Agreed, this is one show that stays consistently good throughout. It started as strong as it ended, which is not usually the case. I'm glad you enjoyed it as well!

I enjoyed this one a lot. I think some of the flaws came from trying to follow the original content a bit but…
Thank you, @NiceNoona. Yes, I think the Uncle stated his reasons for doing what he did very well close to the end, which humanized him a lot. I kind of wished we'd seen some of his internal struggle sooner, though. But then again, it may have been best to focus only on the main characters since it's better to do a few things right than a lot wrong :).

I really enjoyed this drama. Baek Jin Sang really grew on me and I was cheering for him to become a good person.
Agreed! Baek Jin Sang had the most growth and it was done perfectly! I loved the epilogue even more precisely because we see that he still has to struggle with his nature and has to be reminded not to be mean at work. I found that realistic and funny at the same time.

I really liked this drama ! So refreshing and funny. The chemistry between the main leads was amazing. I'm going…
Me too! To be honest, I wasn't expecting the drama to be so good when I started watching. This one is much more than a comedy and definitely one I'll probably re-watch in the future!

Thank you very much, @Trouble-chan! Oh, I love that quote as well. It's the quotes that leave you thinking and…
Oh, no! I'm glad you guys are fine and I hope your neighbors and the driver are fine as well! Although I also hope the driver thinks twice before drinking and getting behind the wheel. :(

Well, if you ever visit Mexico, you'll find your currency goes A LONG way lol. I believe 1 pound equals 23 pesos! And, just for context, you can have a good meal at a restaurant for $80-100 pesos!

I've finished my next article (not sure when it will be published), but it's a currently watching: Feel Good to Die. So it didn't require as much time to write as this one. This one took me about a month, since I also had to re-watch the series! Hopefully, you'll still enjoy it!

Merry Christmas and happy new year to you and your family as well! :D

I think age of youth is way better drama than sex and the city. AoY is of the genre slice of life which deals…
I see. I will take your word for it, since i haven't seen Sex and the City. I simply assumed that the show also delt with problems based on the descriptions. :)
Aya97 Dec 20, 2018
I haven't watched this show, but based on your description, I'd say Age of Youth could be consider a "similar" show. Sure, the four girls are younger, but they kind of fit those description (minus being "as open" about sex).
Yoon Jin Kyung = Miranda
Song Ji Won = Carrie
Kang Yi Na = Samantha
Jung Ye Eun + Yoo Eun Jae = Charlotte

I know that I am being silly, but I think in most of the cases, you can tell the main lead from the cast serial,I…
I am also rooting for Geum. Though I would also be okay if he doesn't end up with the fairy. So long as he is happy.
Replying to toast_sunbae Dec 18, 2018
Regardless of which pairing you're rooting for, I find it kind of insensitive to refer to a character (Geum) as…
Fully agree! I find his character refreshing as a lead. Good guys shouldn't be perceived as weak. Quite the contrary, Geum is showing a surprising amount of emotional intelligence, which is usually the norm reserved for female leads. So already he is healthier than the average kdrama male lead.
Replying to toast_sunbae Dec 18, 2018
Now for a more biased comment on my end.I really don't see the prof as having more chemistry with the FL. I saw…
I agree with you. Geum is just a nice guy through and through. Not only is he kind to her, but to everyone else as well and that's something to consider because it speaks volumes about his character.

I feel for the professor. He had a tough childhood and deserves to be happy. But I think he needs Geum's friendship more than the fairy's love. That last would just be a bandaid. Because he doesn't seem to be in love with her, so much as he is just craving to find someone who won't abandon him.

At any rate, I believe the professor is better suited to be with the psychologist. Or at the very least, that's what the writers seem to be hinting at.

Wow. Great review. This show was definitely on eof my favorites all time. Looks like I'm going to have to binge…
Thank you very much, @NiteStar, I'm glad you enjoyed it! And I guarantee that upon a second viewing, you'll be able to pick some of these visual cues. Since you already know the story, you can focus a bit more on the set. You'll be surprised by how many little plants/trees they added into the frames!

Title Children of Nobody Spoiler
So I'm not entirely caught up but the whole part where her father is using the photo album to make her memorize…
Exactly! The fact that they "threw away" all her stuff from when she was a child is also weird.
Replying to penel Dec 14, 2018
I really love Baek Jin Sang's self-reflection process! Awkward, unexperienced, blatant, hilarious but so honest…
I agree! What's refreshing is that he's self-aware of his growth and change. He holds himself accountable as he learns empathy. I still can't believe a show that started so absurd is showing much more character growth and emotions than most melodramatic shows!

Title Children of Nobody Spoiler
Well, i think I called it with the girl ghost/apparition being her younger self. But now I have more theories:

1. What if she was kidnapped as a child? We saw she had some bday memories, but they featured her birth mom, not her father or her step mom. So what if she was kidnapped and kept indoors all the time? It would make sense why she isn't sure of any of her memories. She only remembers what her "father" told her.

2. This one is a bit more wacky. It's concerning red cry and Woo Kyung's sister. I keep thinking back on Woo Kyung and her step mom's conversation regarding the new nurse taking care of her sister. They mentioned he/she was doing a good job because her body wasn't blistering. But we have never seen this nurse... So what if the sister isn't blistering because she is moving about when no ones looking?

We know she is conscious because of how she stopped blinking when she was the drawing. So maybe she is red cry. Or maybe she is part of red cry? Idk, something's up with that for sure, otherwise we wouldn't get so many shots and scenes with the sister (emphasizing her face/eyes).

What do you guys think?
On Feel Good to Die Dec 14, 2018
I'm just catching up with this week's episodes and... I really don't like how manipulative Jun Ho is in episode 22. I haven't been able to warm up to him as I did with Baek Jin Sang, tbh. And I think it's partly because of his "sneaky" nature. At least, Jin Sang is honest (brutally honest, I'd say, but honest nonetheless).
