in this drama kicking the dog (TVTropes) is whether or not you demean and dehumanize Nan Hui, Nan Heng passed the other episode and Chu Gui Hong just failed the test smh
Stumbling onto this page's comment section is like walking into the wrong reception party where the in laws are in utter chaos and the cake is on the floor
LBFAD is a classic so i highly recommend it especially if you love wang hedi as an actor. You will see different…
I really could not stand her voice or her entire character concept, but I found that watching it at 2x speed helped me get through the beginning with more of my sanity (it was going too slow for me anyway since the direction it was taking seemed obvious). I did end up getting invested in it and having a great time later, though I had to stop after Netflix stopped allowing account sharing. But I'm definitely there for Dylan Wang LOL
I loveeee strong female character like this! Can anyone recommend similar drama? Thanks!
Story of Ming Lan - the drama that inspired Blossom, she is a smart and cunning lead who knows who she is and what she wants but is constrained by the societal rules and expectations around her, along with a toxic family the leads are married irl so even if the romance is slowburn the chemistry once it happens is :))))
Wouldn't it be great if I just stopped now at episode 35 and pretended that was it. No pain and suffering which…
eh really?? I didn't know it was cut or that there's leaked cutscenes, I just saw a comment somewhere that it's 40 episodes because of new censorship laws

SAME I saw him before in Ashes of Love, and I really hoped I would see him play a male lead in the future because I loved him even though I didn't love Runyu LOLLL Ashes of Love gave me so much grief fr...
I thought I saw Ye Qingyu reveal he was the king of Jing during the last episode, where he puts a barrier around the city to protect it from the god slaying crossbow. it was said before that the kings of Jing made it a tradition to wear a mask after Tantai Jin, and he had a mask that he took off in that scene!
Li Susu/Ye Xiwu watched the Devil God slaughter all of the immortal sects and basically destroy the world in the…
It's time to watch Love is Sweet like you said for that sweet therapy 🤣 I saw it before but never watched because I tend to prefer fantasy, but now my crush on LYX is deeper than ever and I have a void where in my heart where TTEOTM was
I've just finished watching TTEOTM, I have a question, does li susu and tantai jin really the reincarnation of…
Basically to elaborate on how Ji Ze knows it's TTJ and YXW/LSS and addresses them, when he meets Sang Jiu his powers as the god of time give him the understanding that in the future, TTJ and YXW will experience this moment later by living out a memory. So, he gives the advice "remember why you came" in that moment which confuses both Sang Jiu and Ming Ye. His reply and that advice is not for the present moment he is actively living out, but for TTJ and YXW who will see the memory of this moment 10,000 years later.

It's absolutely hilarious to me how everyone treats him as this irredeemable, evil demon god who brutally murdered…
You're so right! And in a way, it's like the lack of love threads in the first part of his life kept him mentally resilient enough to get through that much. Then, once he had love threads, along with all the emotions YXW taught him, he was able to appreciate them all precisely because he could literally feel the difference between having them and not having them. Knowing his life was enriched by those things, by Ye Xi Wu, made his willpower to persevere and hold onto them that much stronger. It makes his endurance through the pain even more admirable to me, because you truly have to be a saint to hold your own through to the end and sacrifice so much! That's exactly why he mastered the sword sifu gave him, and why his sifu never stopped believing in him TT_TT

I want to cry so bad but I'm also too happy and bittersweet to cry, it was so worth it I'm really a sucker for stories that go like this, but I can't mention any of them so as not to spoil LOL - and Luo Yun Xi is just so expressive and charming throughout it stabs me in the heart that much more I had so much fun watching (even the pain is part of the fun), definitely one of my favourites of all time now
Also, the post 500 year timeskip to the final arc was gratifying to see that they both did finally learn from all the past experiences and trusted and communicated with each other which I was really hoping for. But where the heck is my beloved Pian Ran!
[Ep 25] omfg, why is Ye Xi Wu like this? I get why TTJ has trust issues, but why does she constantly just assume…
Wouldn't it be great if I just stopped now at episode 35 and pretended that was it. No pain and suffering which will definitely happen when there's still 5 episodes left but I hate myself, so I will watch it all and cry

I hope you enjoyed the episode (despite the suffering)! I'm happy I was able to get you to go back and revisit because I think it'sworth it, personally (but toally fair if you didn't like it). I typed my initial comment while I was still watching the episode so I was peak invested and emptionally engaged; but in a way it was gratifying to watch, because you get to see the inevitable finally come to fruition and things end with misunderstandings pretty well resolved which is what tends to eat away at me the most. It's mostly frustrating to watch her sometimes because I do care about them, and I want things to turn out well or at the very least for her of all people to believe in him more even though she has to do what she has to do.. And she clearly learns from her experiences with him, but then she will regress and repeat the same mistakes. That's what makes it painful. My heart hurts LOL It's really interesting to hear you like SJ more, but I can see why. I feel so bad for SJ... I do still want to see LSS succeed and be happy though. if abything I wish she learned from SJ and MY's past that she and TTJ should freaking communicate LMAO

LOL really? I hope it's not overall, because overall I don't dislike her and understand why she does most things. I hope everyone else's frustrations are like mine, where it's bevause you're so invested you want things to work out so badly that you just want to break through the screen and shake them LMAOO
