I've never been to Korea, only USA, but based on a few Koreans I know, that's sorta how they act, yes lol. They think everything is a competition, and kinda think they're better than others. I enjoyed watching this if not for Seung Hyo ruining every episode by being a man child and "jokingly" insulting the girl he likes, even when she finally was close to putting the pieces together and started to like him back, he ruins it. I have no idea why people still think its romantic if a guy insults the woman he likes, what is this going to send the message to young girls watching this? That man child redflags are romantic and are belittiling you because they like you? Lol. Tried to ignore it because I like the drama, but it keeps happening nonstop and its already episode 5. If this is their attempt to make it a "slow burn"to drag it to the end, then try something else bc this shit gets old.

When you get older and mature, you know that guys belittling you irl are red flag covert narcissists that you should stay away from, the young girls watching this wouldn't know any better and would think this is "true love." I'm mad.

No, I have found PLENETY of BL with slow burn romance which is why I know I like it in the first place, My observation meant that its such a pity Thailand always has BLs airing, always, but the majority start off as casual sex, As an asexual person, I don't find that appealing. Its just that slow burn BL romance are usually from other countries which come as little as one per year if any. Meanwhile Thailand is so capable of making BLs constantly, yet out of the hundreds of Thai BLs airing, almost all of them start as casual sex, to the point its hard to know when one doesn't.

You're so right, bc the reason/plot behind the "one night stand" here which starts the casual sex makes this drama special than other dramas where the reason/plot for the "one night stand" was different due to obvious plot differences. I love your logic, its very unique!
