Yuan Lang [Vice Master of Lize Palace] lips/smile is a wholeass mood. Legit can't bear to hate him. And Mr. FLYING SNAKE's funny and cute at the same time. Fav character so far, especially when he's with GREEN DRAGON :D
Yea! There are a few similarities but all in all, Love and Redemption is quite different. There are various twists…
Of course, the plot line is completely different from AoL but the (some) characters/settings are pretty similar to each other. Yeah, The audience can actually sympathize and love Night Immortal despite his actions because of his character portrayal early in the drama and his pitiful past, but Mr. HAO CHEN over here is selfish AF. I think we all pretty much hate this character [I love the actor though].In conclusion, I think both drama made up 80% of misunderstandings and so much angst. Overall, AoL is my all time fav, and I am enjoying this drama as well :>
Tell me that this isn't Ashes of Love 2.0 LOL. I'm only on episode 20 but there are too many similarities. The Heavenly Realm is pretty much identical and the love line is the same as well [If you watch Ashes of Love then you'll know what I mean].
Yo, the stooges that know the right time to leave legit make this drama 100% more enjoyable than it is. The main couple is a reunion therefor their chemistry is unquestionable. I also enjoy the 2nd couple. Their meetings and "fall-in-love" is so pure and innocent. <3
There's going to be a remake of the original Taiwan drama? My Lucky Star is one of my favorite childhood dramas and YOU SAY THERE'S GOING TO BE A REMAKE? HYPE.
I started this drama mostly for Lulu Xuan. The drama is indeed my liking but Liu Yin Jun as Zhao Yuan Fang stole the whole show for me. His acting and character just made the show more enjoyable to watch than just a typical romance with the main leads.
Uhh, so... The Wolf had just premiere last week... It's time for "The Oath of Love" now right? I've been yearning for the day this drama premiere to cure this horrible year.
The poster is just scary. WJY looks like a 60 year old woman, his complexion is yellow and dry, and his neck is…
Why are you being so rude to other co-stars when BaiLu withdrew from the drama? I honestly think Jin Yan is one of the most beautiful actresses in the Chinese industry. Everyone has their own opinion when it comes to beauty but that doesn't mean you have to disrespect other people like that. Do you look for beauty in dramas or how they portray their role and act? Many posts of yours here are so rude and if you don't like the casting, I hope you stop coming to this page instead of making rude comments. - Ok Misses dramatic, Jin Yan looks extraordinarily pretty to me in those photos so what's your point of bringing it up?
More like he is encouraging their children and look after them
He's main purpose is to be a friend that will leave a big impact on his children's life and how their future will played out now that he's their classmate. As a 37 years old father, he doesn't know anything about his children which he thought that he did. He's encouraging them to be strong and follow their dreams instead of hesitating each moment.
I didn't think I'd like this drama but every episode just had me sobbing not because it's sad but the portrayal of a loving parent is so beautiful that it makes me cry. Lee Do Hyun really pours his best for this drama and he absolutely nails it. I'M IN LOVE!
I totally agree with you! Other than this, I kinda understand where JK is coming from when she told SA that she'll…
Ikr? Everything happen so suddenly, no one is going to be like "Damn that sucks" and move on so fast. They can be blinded at the moment and just need some time to realized what they are doing. People should really look at other people's perspective instead of jumping into the conclusion so fast. No one is going to be wise as to forgive and forget so quickly. Everyone has their own personality as to getting angry, feeling lost and confused.
Why is Ji Won a terrible character? I honestly feel like she's the most interesting and the most understanding wife at all times. Why? Imagine living with a husband who fakes his identity for 14 years and you found out about his identity not physically through him but all by yourself. Ji Won still tries to understand her husband although he said that he has never once loved her. She convinced Hyun Soo that HE INDEED LOVES HER and CARE FOR HER. Only when she pushed Hyun Soo away is when he realized his feelings for her. Don't forget that Ji Won is also a detective and her husband is a murder suspect, she tries everything that she could to protect him but it's also her duty to capture him. Ji Won is emotionally and physically strong which is why I'm so in love with her character. She always trusts him in silence. Brief anger still always turn into reconciling and hugs.
Idk about their other friends, but somewhere in me can understand HH. Imagine being in a relationship with someone for 10 years and she suddenly shifted her focus onto your friend, who also likes your girlfriend. Can you understand that? HH never knew JY is suffering because JY never really share his feelings which is causing a lot of misunderstandings and on top of that he hides the fact that JK visits him in New York? HH also just want to be a decent person for JK and always cared for her. I think he just feels betrayed that both of them have secrets that he only later found out through the breakup. What's worse than hearing your girlfriend saying she loves your best friend? You can't always be one who should understand others and put others before yourself. If you are hurt, show that you are hurt which HH shows his emotions clearly. JK always side with JY whenever the trio fought and never once did she look back at HH, Damn, you know how much that hurts? JK f*** up HH so badly that the damage is clearly so severe. I think HH is feeling like a THIRD person between JK and JY instead of a boyfriend. HH conversation with JY in episode 10 is totally understandable to me. HH is just telling JY how he feels, that JY should have stop liking JK or at least tell him so he could hold onto JK, and if it doesn't work out, he'll just break off the friendship. Is that bad of a word choice? Remember when JY come to find him at the convenience store? HH still listens to his story although he just broke up with JK, and yes that's when all the shit goes downhill after. JY and HH's argument is always so soft-spoken, HH was never aggressive towards JY. I don't think HH is a bad friend or a bad character overall, therefore, I don't want to group him with their other "friends." I still think all of their friends are good, they are just confused and lost. Everyone needs time to think and clear out their thoughts.
Every time I rewatch this drama, the tears are just overflowing. The most heartbreaking drama yet the sweetest love story between the main characters. I ship these two so much when I first finish the drama, was hoping that the two would reunite but it's been 7 years already :(
Idk why but I'm feeling HH for the most part. I legit don't understands JK's actions and words, dating someone for 10 years then suddenly say she's starting to have doubts and confused? while HH was there for her every time and comfort her. Even I would feel betrayed if I realized that my best friend and my girlfriend has secrets all along although that doesn't justify some of his actions. I think HH is just feeling lost atm since JK confessed that she likes JY. He still loves JK and doesn't want to hurt her which could be the reason why. Yeah, I agree that his actions towards JY is wrong as all JY does was trying to reconcile and prevent misunderstandings but then again, HH doesn't yet understand all sides of the story. JY and HH haven't had a chance to sit down and talk yet to clear the dark clouds between them. I hope that it will happen soon later in the episode :( - JY is used to hide his feelings which potentially causes misunderstandings, I'm glad he opened up more as episodes goes by, JY is such a wise person and his relationship with SA is so adorable.
Am I the only one that feels like Hyun Ho is pitiful? Being in a relationship with someone that doesn't even love him back. I feel like Jung Kyung is using him to make the relationship between the three of them more complicated. Although I'm only on episode 4, my heart already goes out for Hyun Ho :(.
SIDE NOTE: Song Ah and Joon Young are so ADORABLE. Two introverts interact awkwardly towards each other but deep down, they understand each other more than anyone. From the painful past, they learn to open up and communicate what's in their mind instead of hiding their feelings. Every time they meet, a smile coming out from the two of them is already enough, they don't even need to talk.
I've been following this drama ever since Xiao Zhan and Yang Zi was confirm casts and start their filming and yeah I watched the leaked BTS and they are so adorable. Yang Zi is so sociable off set. I don't understand why they keeps hyping the audience with early release of trailers and confirm airing then delayed it further. I hate having false hope yo. Legit thought it was confirm in August, waited, then delay to November, now 2021 without any announcement date? AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CUT THE DRAMA DOWN TO 29 EPISODES? I'M MAD! WHY?
The drama makes me speechless. Chae Won and Joon Gi's bonds are just so strong. Their chemistry is beyond describable. I just wish there are more behind the scenes between them because I can't get ENOUGH of those. The way Joon Gi treasure her on/off screen is so adorable !!!!!
And Mr. FLYING SNAKE's funny and cute at the same time. Fav character so far, especially when he's with GREEN DRAGON :D
Overall, AoL is my all time fav, and I am enjoying this drama as well :>
