Almost everyone prefers strong female leads from start to finish and it's becoming really overrated. I know Changge is strong and brave unlike Le Yan who is weak and fragile, but their contrast personality is what made me like them both. Literally, not everyone in the world is strong, brave, and smart like Changge, not to mention Le Yan being a princess has spoiled her a lot. Le Yan has always been protected by Changge, spoil because she's a princess and everyone has to bow down to her. Characters need progression, no one can just be perfect right in the beginning. I hope people could understand Le Yan's perspective as she's starting to grow because of the hardships that she endured in recent episodes. Le Yan literally didn't even do anything hateful nor one of those evil second female leads. She tried her best to survive and literally one of the most realistic characters out there.

Le Yan and Changge has different personalities. One is more tomboy which you can see that Changge always dress as a boy going out and like to do physical stuff like sports and martial arts. Le Yan is more of a girly type and she never think she'll need it since Changge was always there to protect her. I don't think Le Yan is into martial art or political stuff...

Ashile saved Changge many times but he never thinks much about it tbh, it was just a bunch of coincidences until the arrow scene where he realized that Changge was a girl. He then form an interest in Changge because of her bravery and fearless attitude. He's feeling starting to grow deeper by just thinking about her and he's slowly influence by the "female warrior". I feel like Ashile is already willing to give up the world for her even though we're just 20 episodes in and I can only think of the "Ashile" character as "drunken by love" while Changge over here getting her shit done. Changge appreciates Ashile but she doesn't show much of it, but I can understand this aspect since she doesn't want to open up to people easily.

I get where you're coming from. Changge suppresses her feelings towards others because she doesn't trust anyone. She even cut ties with the person whom she trusts the most (Le Yan) and lost someone she recently became friends with during the betrayal (A Dou) so I don't expect her to suddenly fall for him. To be fair, neither of them wanted to expose their identities and of course, it's reasonable for Ashile to hide it since he's the enemy from another nation. I just feel like Ashile has done so much for Changge while she's like "Why you do this?" "Thanks but I don't need it" kinda attitude. She indeed appreciates Ashile but she never shows too much of it. I'm just saying that it's only 20 episodes in and Ashile is already willing to give up the world for her without them having too many (deep) interactions, but I guess you can fall deeply for someone from just watching them from afar.

Why do I feel like Ashile Sun falls for Changge too easily? I guess that’s how we get the story going, but Ashile lets Changge gets away with everything and adore her like a puppy upon saving her like 4 TIMES. I just feel like Changge doesn’t appreciate Ashile enough when he legit is like her LORDEN SAVIOR.

It is what viewers (haters) are capable of. Finding the smallest flaw within certain aspects and make a big deal out of it for no reason.

We don't know and don't care about the reason behind why they want to use a double stunt during that scene. Most of us here don't even notice a change in using a double stunt so it doesn't really matter. Like literally, it was just a fast 2-3 seconds change with no significant meaning.
Whether it was dangerous or not, it was still up to the production to decide. You know that most knives, swords filmed in action drama are fake right? Sharpness can cause serious injuries if not practice right that's why most cdrama use props rather than real swords, and real swords are very expensive too.
Marcus just want to show the viewer the "proofs" that they use the double stunt which was capture by chinese fans on different website. Like everyone knows about it so why would it matter if he decide to show it in his video? It was just added information to his topic. Nothing serious.

The show with an average rating of 8.0 in mydramalist is already considered to be a decent show. Not many drama can reach the rating of 9.0 since people in mydramalist are biased like that.

Did you mean Le Yan? If so, then yes.
They are a couple in the drama although Le Yan falls for Shuyu first, but LeYan and Haodu will fall for each other later in the series.

I actually don’t mind her being weak tbh. If the FL is smart and strong then it’s natural for the SFL to be contrasting that since Changge swears to protect her from when they were little before everything happened of course. She never experience hardship so I understand her weak and timid personality. I feel like she will mature up after this incident :). I’m so invested in Le Yan and Hao Du relationship !!!

I don’t think so, that scene is probably him getting badly injured from the spar show.

This is actually my first drama of Dilraba. I was skeptical about watching it since I don’t really watch her dramas but this one just got me hook. You know.. sometimes, the chemistry between the two main characters just drawn your attention and make you fall i n love with them. :p

In Historical drama like this, having a “seal” is really important as many political ranking below the Crow Prince will have to obey the edict. Going against it will receives severe punishment as cruel as death row for the entire family and their generation. The Crown Prince seal is an object that represents the Crown Prince which is like him giving the order but of course that doesn’t have any affect on the military as you can see thats why Changge gave it back.
Since the Crown Prince is a “soon to be” King, think of the seal as Biden signature.

Ikr? Shuyu has such a weak mindset and it annoys me. I feel like Shuyu never likes Le Yan but just a elder brother vibe. I hope that he wont become an asshole in later episodes.

It's possible to think that the one who save Le Yan out of the water isn't Shuyu but Haodu because of the face blur. Everyone is shippin Le Yan with Haodu at this point LMFAO. Shuyu's personality and actions are too weak for my liking.

I couldn't stand it either. I thought the ship would sail after they get married and decide to take revenge on Seo Jin and Joo Dan Tae but Yoon Chul's father's perspective of protecting his own child is just so wrong that it maddens me. You literally spoil your child to the point that you decide to hurt innocent people just so they can be free of the law.
NOT ONCE did both of the parents try to think about what their child is thinking and respect their choices. Seo Jin's manipulative and selfish mind takes a toll on why Eun Byul turns out the way she is.
They mess so much with Yoon Chul's character that I don't feel bad for him anymore. His life choices are just a JOKE. You can hurt someone once but hurting them TWICE involving the people they care the most for is UNACCEPTABLE. LIKE HOW DARE HE TRY TO MESS WITH RO NA'S PERFORMANCE JUST BECAUSE EUN BYUL ASKED HIM TO PROVE HIS FATHERLY LOVE? That's not how you educate your child or PROVE your love to them. Sometimes I just wonder WTF is going on with their mind.
There's no more hope for Yoon Chul but I still want a glimpse of remorse and rethink what he has done to his poor CHILDRENS (Eun Byul and Ro Na) and Yoon Hee, the first love that loved him more than he ever has.

SSR wasn't even in a life-and-death situation. It was Na Ae Ryo that JDT killed at the penthouse that night and not SSR... SSR just took advantage of the situation and pretend to be NAR (her lookalike) to take revenge on JDT. The story never explains exactly why SSR saved Ro Na so yeah, it really doesn't make much sense but overall, I glad that she's alive though. SEOKHOON x RO NA !!
