Can anyone provide me with spoilers? Besides the main couple, are there any more side couples? If so, who are they?

This drama is so lovely. It's only the first episode and I already want to binge the whole series already. I CAN'T WAIT!

I'm totally in love with the portrayal of the Sheng family. The mother is literally like "I'm rich so I'll spoil my sons." They never forced or pressure their sons to be educated like how history shows where every high social class has to be well taught and contribute to the country. The SHENG family is the best! The 3 "brother" = stooges is even better LMFAO. This drama has a unique plot tbh and I love it!

I'm actually not surprised as the Great Khan held A'Sun foster mother hostage (kinda) so that he can be loyal to them but now that his mother die, he has nothing left anymore and actually trying to find his origin.

At the end of episode 26 where Hao Du found Le Yan sobbing about the death of her little friend (Xiao Hu?). No matter how many times I watch it, the emotion keeps pouring in and makes me cry. They portray the emotion of this scene so well!

I think he basically said that Changge is someone who he will protect no matter what and once he's done with the Eagle Division's business, he will go find her

Almost everyone prefers strong female leads from start to finish and it's becoming really overrated. I know Changge is strong and brave unlike Le Yan who is weak and fragile, but their contrast personality is what made me like them both. Literally, not everyone in the world is strong, brave, and smart like Changge, not to mention Le Yan being a princess has spoiled her a lot. Le Yan has always been protected by Changge, spoil because she's a princess and everyone has to bow down to her. Characters need progression, no one can just be perfect right in the beginning. I hope people could understand Le Yan's perspective as she's starting to grow because of the hardships that she endured in recent episodes. Le Yan literally didn't even do anything hateful nor one of those evil second female leads. She tried her best to survive and literally one of the most realistic characters out there.

Le Yan and Changge has different personalities. One is more tomboy which you can see that Changge always dress as a boy going out and like to do physical stuff like sports and martial arts. Le Yan is more of a girly type and she never think she'll need it since Changge was always there to protect her. I don't think Le Yan is into martial art or political stuff...

Ashile saved Changge many times but he never thinks much about it tbh, it was just a bunch of coincidences until the arrow scene where he realized that Changge was a girl. He then form an interest in Changge because of her bravery and fearless attitude. He's feeling starting to grow deeper by just thinking about her and he's slowly influence by the "female warrior". I feel like Ashile is already willing to give up the world for her even though we're just 20 episodes in and I can only think of the "Ashile" character as "drunken by love" while Changge over here getting her shit done. Changge appreciates Ashile but she doesn't show much of it, but I can understand this aspect since she doesn't want to open up to people easily.

I get where you're coming from. Changge suppresses her feelings towards others because she doesn't trust anyone. She even cut ties with the person whom she trusts the most (Le Yan) and lost someone she recently became friends with during the betrayal (A Dou) so I don't expect her to suddenly fall for him. To be fair, neither of them wanted to expose their identities and of course, it's reasonable for Ashile to hide it since he's the enemy from another nation. I just feel like Ashile has done so much for Changge while she's like "Why you do this?" "Thanks but I don't need it" kinda attitude. She indeed appreciates Ashile but she never shows too much of it. I'm just saying that it's only 20 episodes in and Ashile is already willing to give up the world for her without them having too many (deep) interactions, but I guess you can fall deeply for someone from just watching them from afar.

Why do I feel like Ashile Sun falls for Changge too easily? I guess that’s how we get the story going, but Ashile lets Changge gets away with everything and adore her like a puppy upon saving her like 4 TIMES. I just feel like Changge doesn’t appreciate Ashile enough when he legit is like her LORDEN SAVIOR.

It is what viewers (haters) are capable of. Finding the smallest flaw within certain aspects and make a big deal out of it for no reason.

We don't know and don't care about the reason behind why they want to use a double stunt during that scene. Most of us here don't even notice a change in using a double stunt so it doesn't really matter. Like literally, it was just a fast 2-3 seconds change with no significant meaning.
Whether it was dangerous or not, it was still up to the production to decide. You know that most knives, swords filmed in action drama are fake right? Sharpness can cause serious injuries if not practice right that's why most cdrama use props rather than real swords, and real swords are very expensive too.
Marcus just want to show the viewer the "proofs" that they use the double stunt which was capture by chinese fans on different website. Like everyone knows about it so why would it matter if he decide to show it in his video? It was just added information to his topic. Nothing serious.

The show with an average rating of 8.0 in mydramalist is already considered to be a decent show. Not many drama can reach the rating of 9.0 since people in mydramalist are biased like that.

Did you mean Le Yan? If so, then yes.
They are a couple in the drama although Le Yan falls for Shuyu first, but LeYan and Haodu will fall for each other later in the series.

I actually don’t mind her being weak tbh. If the FL is smart and strong then it’s natural for the SFL to be contrasting that since Changge swears to protect her from when they were little before everything happened of course. She never experience hardship so I understand her weak and timid personality. I feel like she will mature up after this incident :). I’m so invested in Le Yan and Hao Du relationship !!!
