I really enjoyed this drama up until the wedding arc, after they got married I feel like the writers ran out of ideas on how to progress the storyline. Good drama with weak episodes towards the end, it's a shame, but all in all worth watching!
ill admit im knew from the jump it was a typical cliche show and thats exaclty what i signed up for, however seriously does every "chebol" have to have OCD and does every love interest have to be poor and dumb? lol
I cant stand how racist Asia is, I like the dramas but I really get pissed of at how ignorant and straight up racist the region is. In episode 1 24 mins in the lady says, ' how could the FL go to such an uncivilised place as Africa!' and the FL replies, " I didn't go there for fun!' The actual fuck? Has the writer even been to Africa? who are you calling uncivilised??? But China has no problem basically taking over most of Africa (and Kpop can culturally appropriate our shit and its all good I know this is a Taiwanese drama am just stressing a point)- I am in my feeling about this, I dont want to hate all of Asia because of some messed up people but this type of nonsense needs to stop. Ok got that off my chest now.
too many frustrating things about this drama, i just couldn't sit still (only watched 2 1/2 episodes so far): 1. why do mothers in kdramas treat the eldest daughters like doormats and typically the younger sibling (brother or step sibling) as gold dust even though the oldest daughter is usually the families bread winner? 2. what kind of best friend steals you boyfriend, marries him and then constantly tries to make you feel bad about the whole thing? The "friend" is so annoying esp with the innocent act. 3. The whole temper thing is so over the top, who can live their life like that? 4. Why is he ex hating on her when he either cheated or rebounded in an instant? If he didnt want the relationship to breakdown he should have tried harder, the whole treat em mean bit is so juvenile dont know if i can take a whole series of this.
that being said i'm bored so ill continue to watch! lol
Had to drop this drama as made no sense; she goes from the future to the past and instantly accepts its possible... then it plays out like a historic boys over flowers and then she randomly goes back to the future (i skipped to the last episode) all the while that poor guy who has been supporting her family and want to get engaged to her is still waiting. Then her boyfriend from the past pops up and isnt phased at all by modern advances and hugs her - the end. I mean really? Its not a bad drama, i guess i just wasnt in the mood for something this far fetched.
I felt like i was watching 2 different dramas; a melodrama when Push wasnt there and a slapstick a romcom when he was.... honestly speaking i felt the episodes without him had more substance and better storyline, i wanted more of that. But at the end of the day I cant resist his dimple, so I'm a bit of a contradiction! lol
7.5/10 This is watchable/ enjoyable if you accept that it starts of ridiculous from episode 1 and escalates from there! lol The female lead is everybody's doormat and always has full makeup on even right after just showering! ????????The amount of attempted rapes and murders of the female lead is disturbing and the amount of bitch slaps per episode if over the top even for a larkom! ????I especiallylly liked when the female lead got treated like jezabel for seemingly feeding her sister- in- laws husband a biscuit, yet everyone was cool about the male lead sleeping with every female within a 10 mile radius????????♀️. Its not one to take seriously, just enjoy for what it is!
Ok im 5mins into the movie and all I'm thinking is its her own fault! What girl would propose unless a YES was 100% certain? Saw the no coming from a mile away! lol
Ok, honestly speaking IMO for kdrama standards I dont think the male lead is attractive.... However in the context of the story I think he is a director of a company (therefore am assuming he has $$$$) in the real world that would totally compensate for his looks for a lot of girls! lol ????
