what makes zhao acting career so successful is because she has a natural talent. editing isn't stellar, but her acting is (unnaturally) forced. and the male lead... tried to like him... but he isn't a very good actor, and the lines they give doesn't do him any favours.
xieYun needs to give it a rest. what charmer schemes up constant "backhand" compliment is the key to courting. xieYun is constantly mouthing off to fei how she isn't so dull or stupid. if that is all xieYun has to repeat, then best shut up. and that cheshire grin is bit worn out. their chemistry is simply forced. bonehead and liYan has better chemistry, and they're just the comic relief.
