Yes, the main couple was nice and cute, great acting and all... but the SISTERS, they were so amazing and completely stole the show. Where do I sign a petition for Ha Yoon Kyung to get a lead role next time? And the story of her character and husband were so important
Exactly my doubt ! I am not sure why there is sudden list of accusation is coming from ?? i am not saying that…
There are two reasons I can think of and have seen pointed out for the timing of all these accusations. One, there was a recent very popular case of bullying regarding some national athletes. People believe this inspired other "victims" (some are real some aren't) to come forward. The second reason is that the biggest search engine in SK got rid of their searched words ranking at the end of last month. A lot of people think that this will make it easier for companies to "bury" cases like this, so they felt like it was "now or never".
yeah even though he did horrible things i hope he's in a good space where he can live for the better and i hope…
Hello. I commented because I felt that the generalization of people done in the comment didn't portray the full scope of the situation. I agree that to claim someone as guilty there needs to be actual proof. It's very easy, especially in SK to destroy someone's career. A lot of people jump on hate trains as soon as they see them. That's very noticeable on this website as well. But this case is very different from say Park Hye Soo's recent one, which had a lot of people pointing out the "innocent till proven guilty". The difference is the apology letter. It's not that no one cares about evidence, it's that a lot of people consider his apology letter a confession. Now, I understand and respect that you believe the apology letter means nothing. To some degree it's true. On the other hand, it's also true that if he wasn't guilty he had no reason to apologize. It's true that he might not have has a say in the matter, but most artists don't apologize even when they actually are guilty. A lot of companies even take legal action against the accusers. If someone keeps denying it, unless there's proof, the case will likely blow over eventually. Apologizing *would* mean he has something to apologize for and a lot of people will label him as guilty. An all-purpose apology means that while he technically did apologize and so people can't hold that over his head, this also doesn't suffice as proof, since like you said nothing was specified. That's what might lead people to think that if he is guilty, he's now "protected" regardless of how the case develops. If he isn't guilty, he just took a big shot at his career for a reason that people just can't see. There is a certain logic behind taking the apology as a confession, people aren't just making this out to be a simple case. I'd like to say, I wasn't nor am saying that he's guilty or innocent. I was just pointing out that people believing he's guilty isn't that groundless or inconsiderate given the letter. Also, believing someone is guilty is not the same as "dumping" someone. Among people who think he's guilty, there are people are still supporting him and/or people who hope that he'll learn and redeem his actions.
No problem :) As far as I know, they finished shooting and producing this but it didn't get released because the actors enlisted and couldn't be there for promotions. But Chansung was released in January and Choi Tae Joon will be in May, so people are hoping that this will be released this year.

If you go on other pages of actors who got similar accusations, you'll see that many people do constantly remind others that we shouldn't hate or condemn until the person is actually proven guilty. But with this case, the actor released a handwritten letter apologizing for the actions he was accused of. Since there's nothing to gain from lying about having hurt people, a confession seems like enough proof for some people.
You are absolutely right. Why would they pull an actor who had already shot 18 ep out of 20? I got one will not…
There are probably more people who would refuse to watch something with a person who just admitted to bullying and sexual assault, than people who would refuse to watch it cause of the actor change. Obviously, they couldn't please everyone, so they probably made the choice they thought would displease the least amount of people.
I was planning to binge this once it finished but I won't be doing that anymore. If they had reshoot all of the…
Episodes 1-8 already aired on tv and the people following the drama already saw them so I'm not sure they would've gained that much from reshooting the first 8 eps. And if they did or do that (they might still do that), since this is an ongoing drama their priority has to be to shoot the ones missing, so as to not delay productions and schedules wayyy too much.
Links below no longer work, so here playlist with both eps (English subs) https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHUZxI62Bv_iqGmbsvk81vx7sDToUJ0ko Btw, for those that don't know. This is SBS Kpop's new web-drama channel. It was created this year and they decided to release a series of 2-episode pilots. Depending on the feedback they'll make full-length web-dramas. So far there's this one, I Can See Your MBTI and Nickname Pine Leaf.
