Agreed. I-Na was a bright spot in the show, the one who never deserved what she got. Still, she was a bizarre…
She was headstrong in her ways from the beginning, always going against her family's schedules and requests. I think her extreme shyness and social anxiety was partially rooted in her trauma and in the fear of her power. Once she started to get over that a bit, more of her true personality started to shine through.
I Na made this whole series. Her incredible character development, her situation at school, her bond with Da Hae and Hyung Tae, even her cute little romance. She's trully the soul of this series. The drama had a good cast and interesting premise, but the character developement was very weak, there were plenty of plot wholes, and it still managed to be repetitive and draggy with only 12 episodes. I found myself pushing through the episodes only to see I Na's scenes. The actress did a phenomenal job at such a young age!!
They should just disable the edit function then, as it is a waste of our time trying to help them update the details…
There are many administrators on this platform. But there are thousands of edits everyday, admins can't go and fact check every piece of info. That's why the people making edits have to submit "evidence" themselves to back the info they're editing. Maybe there was some misunderstanding in the process while you were doing things :( I personally never had any issues, but I'm sorry that happened to you!
I’m on ep 7, and I want to know if there is any evil second leads, I know there is three love interest for the…
There are plenty of women interested in him and/or trying to bully NiaoNiao. But none of them are a proper "second lead", they don't have that much importance and they are always immediately put in their place.
Im going to rewatch for this question but his brother was dating eun yu?
No, they became friends while they were both staying at the hospital and kept in touch afterwards. When Eun Ho was talking about her it seemed like they had dated, but then from Eun Yu's prespective their relationship seemed completely platonic. So I think maybe Eun Ho had a bit of a crush on her but it wasn't corresponded. Still, considering he was consistently dating multiple girls at a time, his feelings for her were likely not very deep.
one dimensional how? our main lead literally has so much development in the first 4 episodes, never would i have…
The side characters and other main characters barely have any personality or get developed. Soo Ho, Young Bin, Young Yi, Seok Dae... they all had potential, had good actors portraying them, but didn't get developed at all. We barely even know anything about them and can describe their personalities and motivations with a couple of words. I agree the protagonist has a more complex personality. But he's exatly the same through the drama. Yes, he's warm hearted, but he's like that from the start, he just didn't have friends. He has exactly the same issues and atitudes in the first and last ep. Anyway, this is just my opinion, and of course you can have your own. I enjoyed this show and think it has many strengths, but the character work to me was very dissapointing, especially if we consider how much potential all the characters had.
Great acting, very well directed. Some important hard to swallow messages. I've never been as angry and disgusted watching a drama, but that was its goal. Do be warned, there are barely consequences, no message of hope, little character development, the characters are all pretty one dimensional and there is a huge amount of violence. It's a good drama, but consider those to decide if this is your cup of tea.
It's a little sad they rushed the ending so much. Even if we leave aside all the loose ends they left in hopes of a season 2, we spent a whole season waiting for characters to meet or reunite, for them to not even have a proper conversation at the end. With another hour, half hour, or even 15min they could have made a more appropriate ending for such a great show.
