From watching the first episode I suspect Tanaka's character has a hidden personality. He plays nice and resilient on the surface but once the students let their guards down he snaps.
After looking at the PV, it suggests Kurosawa might confess or distance himself. I wonder what route the show-runners are planning, will they stick with the manga or create their own version... o.o
At the 4:30 - Hashimoto says 新しい担当は黒沢くん 君で 良かったよう。
To simplify the sentence I would add 'I'm glad I put you in charge of the new role Kurosawa.'
