From my first interpretation, I thought the casual wear Adachi was him in the past before he joined the business. I do like your theory, one other aspect that supports your argument is the ending credits as we see both Adachi and Kurosawa in casual wear at night.

Episode 4 synopsis seems intriguing.

Never-mind, I checked the episode uploaded to the TV Tokyo channel and the Eng subs are already there. Although, the amount of accurate dialogue is low.

I am clear from most of my assignments. I could probably contribute however, Irozukusubs has already covered updates.

They might add it on Viki or Netflix like they did with Ossan's love if it gets enough attention. The show-runners most likely know the series is getting more recognition while currently all we could do is cross our fingers for it to be added on a streaming platform.

Yeah, I'm happy for them! That's true, Maki was more direct but what I meant was how the relationship was structured. I know Cherry magic has a manga while OL doesn't.

Haruta and Maki starts as co-workers - So does Cherry magic
Haruta discovers Maki's feelings and walks around in circles - So does Cherry magic
Maki decides to keep his distance while Haruta chases after him out of impulse - So does Cherry magic
Maki apologies to Haruta while giving a forehead kiss - So does Cherry Magic
Both Kurosawa and Maki are good cooks

I think the main difference is their personality traits as you had mentioned. Also, the tone of the story while I enjoy Cherry magic's down to earth storyline OL despite its chaotic setting managed to add profound moments between all characters, including realistic elements.

Yeah, having at least two screenwriters should be enough to balance the perspectives of men and women audiences. We will have to see because so far they are being consistent.

Yeah, they have about 3 directors and 3 screenwriters both men and women so perfectly balanced.

The theme song was decided on Oct 16th so it won't be released yet but for Sensei wo Kesu Houteishiki: Akiyama yellow "Searchlight"

It would honestly be a cliche and I wouldn't like to see writers putting her in a position to be hated. So far, the show is good as they are slightly expanding from your usual BL tropes.

I've actually noticed that too. I'm reading vol.3 now and I remember not seeing the Fujisaki san situation happen before the business trip. So you are right, they may be mixing the stories up to avoid having a copy & paste approach from the manga.
