imo the editing is pretty good (anything in particular?) but agreed on the comedic timing. it makes certain parts seem like lower stakes. hopefully next week achieves that better with more of a potentially(?) concrete adversary. otherwise what are the consequences of them just…doing what they want lol

idk abt the rating being that high cos i'm a harsh critic and it isn't done but i honestly recommend it. and by harsh critic i mean VERY VERY HARSH so this is wild coming from me lmao
idk why but i really really enjoy this so far. it's also probably because i hate rich people and capitalism and cops but like. competent adult actors and attractive too! (that boy (yin) looks like jb from got7 who i hate but he's so beautiful). the first 3 eps are actually centered around their lives and it isn't like instalove. they're actually barely together. the only thing is they need more women but what else is new.
it's so rare for me to feel this way about a bl; like i'm watching it as an actual show instead of observation? the "not me" in the recommendations section could very well be right. anyway honestly this is enjoyable just as a television show. and some of the DP work is marvelous—some of my favorite i've seen from thai dramas. really enjoying these two together. maybe i'm over rating it but as of episode 3 this is a very competent /television/ show not just bl. and again i love chaotic good crime. (i don't feel as old watching war either like yes u iconic young millenial let's gooooO!)
i really hope these two can stay colleagues and friends but also branch out into many more avenues for acting because it's quite clear they're good at their jobs. the more they do, the better they get. they each have their distinct style which is the best part about watching acting. the cast and crew should be proud of themselves, the crew esp bc none of this would happen without them. i cannot believe that i liked this so much!
