guys on Twitter, I read for the next episode, Mok will get shot, so is it true that those who have read the novel,…
nothing happens with mok in the novel.
i think people are just guessing/wondering if what mok said in the talk with thee is to foresee that he is actually taking a bullet to protect him and peach.
I`m sorry but I dont see Tawan redeeming himself with Ran.. Like how toxic/jelly are you babe? It's strange seeing…
hopefully they don't redeem him!
i thought the show would ease their plot a little when the show hinted how in love aran is, but it got super intense in ep8! there is no room for a redemption arc anymore
ya'll an 8.9 is wild for a BL. i'm watching ep 2 and not super into it yet. when does it get good?!
If you didn't like in the first episodes, I think it's not your cup of tea. Try until episode 4, I guess that's the soul of the drama, because it's as far from the novel storytelling as possible, everything that happens in ep4 is what the screenwriter and director want to add to the story. Anyways, don't feel pressured to keep watching If you don't like silly rom coms, because that's what it is, a feel good drama.
Watching the first and the second of episode... I'm so confused... what is the conflict in this story?
it's the story of a mafia raised guy who is used to people getting closer to take advantage of him AND the guy who gets closer to him without any mean intention and how they will get deep in each other's world because they want each other in their lives
idk exactly what you want the conflict to be in between them, but they are from different worlds, they are forbidden to fall in love somehow, peach is not realizing thee's feelings are for him because he feels like he is just an ordinary guy, thee is a dramatic mess and everything is new for both of them. if you're into rom coms, you'll enjoy the show :) it's not like me and thee don't get deep, because there are worthy deep scenes too, but this show is mostly to have fun with. if that's not your style, then, better to drop it now.
take into consideration the kind of comedy it is, since because thee learned about life with lakorns, a lot of his attitudes, lines and speeches give nostalgic vibes and are repeated from famous lakorns, and that resonate with locals
I've been into Thai BLs since the beggining of the year, but it took me a while to start watching this drama because…
I think the script differences show a lot in the side couple Jintamin! As a Jumark lover, I never understood why they were casted for this drama, because their profile don't resemble the original characters at all to me. But watching the show I realized they didn't try to copy and the new couple somehow portrays a different dynamic.
I've been into Thai BLs since the beggining of the year, but it took me a while to start watching this drama because I watched the japanese version first. I was a little skeptical that I would not enjoy it fully because I knew the story already, but it was actually a good experience.
I think the show did a wonderful job bringing new aspects of Thailand culture to the story and there are small details that make it very special and dear to me. I know people can be very attached to the original work, the tunnel vision will see only the bad parts of the new show until they convince themselves that the thai isn't good enough, but I think both are good in their own way.
So, if someone is still wondering if they should watch the show even having watched the japanese one, please do. But do that with a heart full of support, not trying to complain only.
i would be LOVING to binge watch this show, but I choose to start to follow it from beggining and now it gets on my nerves and make me think too much !! binge watching would be the safe choice
when i was reading the novel, it also didn't felt like the mafia side was there to be the main side of his character.…
Yessss, It's from a novel. Thee is very confused about his feelings too in the beggining, he is not used to care for anyone besides his family, and also, he is not used to be cared by anyone, that's why he is always showing grand gestures to persuade people around him, with Peach he needs to use a different approach, what's funny since he is a dramatic guy. I really like the story and I think PPW are perfect for their roles, I really like the casting of the other characters as well.
Dont get me wrong, hands down this is going to be light-hearted, funny, and adorable, BUT why when we get a gangsta…
when i was reading the novel, it also didn't felt like the mafia side was there to be the main side of his character. it was always mentioned, almost like if it was the way he was perceived and seem by the people (who were supposed to be afraid of his presence and his intentions). of course, the mad and violent mafia side would show here and there, but it's not the point of the story.
i think people are just guessing/wondering if what mok said in the talk with thee is to foresee that he is actually taking a bullet to protect him and peach.
but we need to wait and see!

X is the director of JuniorMark's next drama Twenty One that will be released in 2026/2027. I can't wait for it, the pilot trailer was fire!
