i know nothing about the novel, but i'm already expecting markji as botpleng and book as someone else taking his place because there is no way all characters are foccusing for so long at this "first lover" "brother's boyfriend" narrative and shame.

AHHHHHH you'll watch quite a sequence once you wake up! episode 5 and 6 are great!

I know... fans will be fans! But aside from it, it's not only the fans enjoying the show, I think it's easy to notice reading comments here, on youtube and social media, especially noticing how the locals are hyping it. Also, thai BL industry is in another level right now and Me and Thee was lucky to be at the receiving end... You'll see, many dramas will hit big from now on!

Ahhh and I forgot to say one thing. Believe me, I'm a nugu stan in kpop and I know how this mindset work, my favorite group is Ateez and I'm with them since debut. I think once you think everything Pond and Phuwin works on are unworthy because they are famous now, you're being unfair to their growth as a pair. The drama is with them for a reason, and the success could be different if it was another pair or another company doing, but THEY are the ones doing it and there is no drama like Me and Thee for us to compare.

See, so that's how you choose to measure your shows but you still have good things to say about shows you gave a 7 sometimes. People won't always compare their scores or revisit it later, sometimes it's just for fun and how they felt watching at the moment.

I have nothing against negative opinions on the drama, but the way people keep questioning the 8.9 score and why the show is so loved lately is really annoying me. That's the type of comment I've been answering to the most, because as a fan, I don't want people that have yet to start to think Me and Thee is not likeable because they see people complaining about the high score here. You guys warn about what's bad, and I'll try to keep people excited while being the realest as possible at the same time.

And again I'll repeat, once the show is over a lot more people will rate for real and the score will probably get lower. Don't worry! And even if it stays still, that's fine too, because it's maybe not perfect for you and incomparable to other BL dramas, but it's still a good show.

I see no problem if you give Monster Next Door a 10 if it's a show you liked very much; that's your own experience after all and your own page to manage, you only need to be fair to your own criteria!

For your personal score to reflect in the final score, it means a lot more people need to judge the show the same way as you.

And if want to go to the comment session on Monster Next Door page saying you love the show even if it's not a super production most people won't care, believe me. But instead, here you are; questioning Me and Thee 8.9 and saying the drama is receiving a high rate because of the fandom only, when there are so many reasons for people to genuinely enjoy it.

I think the adaptation is great so far, there is a lot of details added to the story that looks important that I really like, but the show still follows the novel well.

don't worry too much about the 8.9 score, once the show is over more people will score and if it's not worthy of a 8.9 for most people, then the score will go low naturally.

It's an easy watch for a heavy and curious theme, I'm enjoying it like this. I lose everything when they start to act silly in the middle of the investigation hahaha

I still feel like it happens a lot here, that people rely on comments and high scores to watch. Especially for BL, since scores are usually low... People see a score 8,8 and wonder why it's so high and seek for people who are watching opinions. Left a comment somewhere saying that most of the negative opinions are coming from people watching with high expectations and ending up disappointed, what's sad, but it's a true 10 for who's enjoying, we are not faking it.
