I'm glad you can see through the intentionaly cheesy parts of the show. I think those delicate and deep parts make us connect even better with it, since we as foreigners can't get all the references ourselves.

As a fan of the show, I really hope you can enjoy the next episodes and get your answers clearly. From episode 5 to episode 6 there are a lot of explanations already about TheePeach and RomeMok. TawanAran will return in ep8 only, but their story didn't end yet.

I think "hate" is just the general term, I'm not trying to fight your opinion when I answer to you here, but like I said before, I like to answer because sometimes negative comments sent directly to someone interested to watch the show can prevent the person to like it.

As for your experience with the show, when we priotize side characters more than the leads we tend to get frustrated, of course. Don't get me wrong, ThamePo is my favorite BL drama and P10L was the first gmmtv show I watched, with YothaGun arc being the one that motivated me to start. I was gravitated to find out Est, PS and PPW were together in this project, I liked the teaser very much and that's exacly why I went to read the novel, I'm anxious and it would be hard to wait for one episode weekly. And like I told you, it's just a basis, the show is doing a great job, even the author Lawila is crazy about the show and praising everyone weekly.

Mok and Rome have barely any scene in the novel, the whole episode 6 was created by the screenwriter and I believe Rome is coming back to the last episode as well. And Tawan and Aran are happening the way it happens in the novel, with the difference that Aran is closer to Peach and that we still didn't see the end of their story yet.

Just ending our talk, I want you to know that I'm not trying to change your mind about the show, I'm only answering your negative comments with some positivity because I really like Me and Thee.

I hope even tho you don't watch the show for Thee and Peach, the last episodes meet your expectations about TawanAran and RomeMok.

Pretty sure! Idk where are you from, but I'm Brazilian, there are a lot of well known lines from soap operas that I grew up with. If a new soap opera had a character that was bad at speaking portuguese and learned from soap operas and kept repeating the lines everytime as if It was the way we talk in a daily basis I would find It funny too.

well, knowing that you like PondPhuwin, I think a lot of your answers will be answered in the next episodes and hopefully you'll at least end up not suffering only from all the cringe humour hahaha the end of episode 5 has a total different meaning in episode 6, you'll see! I think as someone who like Pond and Phuwin, you should just think about how nice It was for them to be in this project and how that huge success is opening doors for them, you are maybe not understanding why Me and Thee is so loved, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be loved.

I see you are a kpop fan, I am too, and even tho I enjoy my favorite group discography as a whole, there are songs I don't like as much as I like other of their songs, and those songs I dislike sometimes are other fan's favorite song ever! there are so many people to reach, it's their job to challenge themselves and meet other fans and expectations too. we can just appreciate people are liking and trusting that we will like the next work/project better.

Yes, I agree that comedy doesn't have to be cringe. But that show decided this tone would be that and went in that direction. People watch it on their own. If you hate that type of comedy, there is so many other non-cringe shows to watch and Me and Thee was just not for you; it does not mean it's not funny for others.

the show don't rely on the novel, trust me. there is so many different details and everything is better in the show! me and my friends read the novel and think the show portrays everything much better, the novel is just a basis!

Apparently the show is breaking rules and getting lots of people, they are loving it after giving a try ! even tho some people are not liking it, the drama is organically impacting right now. but the main target, as you asked, are people who like comedies and have great references and liked the pilot teaser, also, people who want something different since the show has a unique style, people who believe when we say it's a feel good drama and people who liked the novel since it's a decent adaptation, people who likes the cast and crew because they are all doing a good job, people who like Pond and Phuwin since both characters are different from their previous roles, there are always people who enjoy slow pacing romance too, and those who thought It would be only a comedy show but right now are surprise because It gets deeper! there is a lot of targets!

hmmm, Thee's essence don't change much. the show and novel is more about how he finds out that someone can see him for more than just a rich guy that has a bad reputation and want him to belong to his world, meanwhile Peach that always was a loner, that had to take care of people and was seem as uninteresting by his old girlfriends now is someone Thee finds interesting and wants to protect, they are both discovering the love that always missed them. it's not about Peach turning Thee into a better person, is more about how they can be their best together. I know my opinion means nothing on your opinion, I'm just answering. you can dislike and give the show a 5 score all you want, that's the beauty of this website.

Well, the original plot is good enough for people to antecipate it, it's a great adaptation for those who liked the novel, it's resonating with locals so they are hyping and viralizing the character lines in Thailand, everyone is praising the show so it got a huge spark in between people who like BL, people who don't usually watch gmmtv shows are giving it a try because of everything listed, they got a wonderful wonderful A+ List cast and a director who loves his job and does great work after great work, the production quality is pretty great too. I think it's easy to get its popularity. You should give it a try and see!
