(My opinion)Have never been able to watch FL actress, she is not good. Have not been able to get through EP 1…
I think the problem is her acting isn't helping (MHO). It's like in Shopping King Louie, if it's not because of seo in guk, Louie as the character can definitely come off annoying.
I think Go Ara's acting isn't good enough to pull off a character that can be easily hated/loved. She seemed overact and doesn't give the character depth from 2 eps' performance, at least to me. I think it will take an actress with really good acting skill to not be clingy and dumb, when the character is rather written shallow.
People dislike it because it has taken a very different route compared to S1. It doesn't focus on the investigation as much (which, to my personal opinion, was its weakest part in S1. Too much of coincidence seeing/hearing important clues) but the politics, the mind game, the moral and values within each person, what they would do for justices and their definition of "justice", the human connections, the under the table rules, the tension between prosecutors and police force, some think it's too much talking too little action. Some think it's boring and not keeping you on the feet.
I though appreciate it took a completely different route. It's not as fun (at least to me) to see two seasons of the same thing just different cases. I also think the mind game is the writer's strongest suit. So here she fully expand on the opportunists and it's so engaging to see what they are going to use the situations to their best advantages.
I actually enjoyed this season more so than season 1. Coming from a person who LOVES WATCHER, you probably can see why I love S2 so much lol
Totally agree with you. I feel like this is one of the most realistic dramas out there. As someone in my late…
Haha. Those are probably people looking for feeling relaxed watching a drama and not seeing real life situations being displayed so honestly and relatable lol I don’t blame them, but that’s why I love this drama. These friends might be selfish at times, but a lot of people might behave the same way as they do if they were in their shoes.
I am not disappointed about ep 10 at all, in fact, these are things bound to happen and necessary for the leads to grow and heal. It is so very normal that one would feel all types of emotions, the beauty, the ugly, the sour, the mistakes and not just the fluffiness. These obstacles are what going to make them stronger.
And it is so true that all the plots the writer has been planting is finally revealed and making a chance in their lives. The "ranking" difference between the leads, the years of history vs a new comer, we knew it is going to happen, and I want to see them slowly overcoming them. I don't think it should be an immediate switch just because they started dating. I need to see the process and ep 10, those "sour" and "uglies" are finally reaching the surface.
I am so glad Joon Young has learned to open himself bit by bit, starting from the convo with his teacher. It's okay if they are different people, but allowing that different is also becoming matured.
It's a necessary episode, especially from a drama with so much real life emotions, I would never expect it to go too smoothly because, that's just not life.
RANT: Uuuuhhh why was Min Sung crying??? IF only she stopped talking about herself & Dong Yoon EVERY single time…
Isn't it normal for a human being to learn about the man you love so deeply and your two best friends were in love at some point? I thought that was very human reaction?
What's your favourite scene of this drama? Mine is when Minjae played Moonlight Sonata + Happy Birthday for Eunbin…
Lots of them but loved when song ah went back to the restaurant for the CD, the birthday song and hug, the birthday party mouthing thank you and Joon young’s smile, the way they walked towards each other with the brightest smiles after work, the talk concert q&a, when Joon young hid that Doon Yoon was at the stairs, the confession and kiss, of coz lol
Loved JK & HH broke up scene, the good bye in front of his house, the meet again in front of the store!
how is the pacing of the romance? i finished episode 1 and i don't like how they all like different people LOL…
But you can clearly tell since ep1 their mutual attraction towards each other tho? LOLLLL Like 10 min in you can already tell they are both interested in each other? HAHA
I just posted this and saw your comment, so I am pasting here as well. The writer did a 2010 interview on her deep…
I believe if she had graduated in violin, she must have also studied it for quite some times herself as a musician who plays violin. Her work also forces her to actually work with a lot of musicians. Either way, the drama focuses a lot more on the industry as a whole which she is very experienced in, hence it is certainly not "way too unrealistic" nor having no "grasp of reality" in my book :) Just sharing my 2 cents. Haha!
Droppedfor the romance this is great but everything else is way too unrealistic. Its okey that dramas are not…

The writer did a 2010 interview on her deep root background in classical music:
She is a Seoul University College of Music grad, double major in Violin and Business, got an MA in performing arts admin in NYU (a Master Degree), had interned in IMG Artists & Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, worked in NY Philharmonic marketing dept & education dept. She has been in charge of classical music in Sony Music Marketing since last year (2009).
Given her background, maybe the reality is truly this unrealistic in that world.

She is showing us the brutally honest view of the classical music world that most of us are not aware of.
I strongly advise you to please make a search on "characteristics of a korean soap-opera", because you're clearly…
I have yet to see any "toxicity" in the replies under your post. People are respectfully answering to your POVs and you are calling anyone who disagree to your POV as toxic. I thought this is more toxic than any comments I have seen here: not allowing any opposition from your own and call others toxic for disagreeing.
The writer is showing the viewers a bluntly honest side of the classical music world. Not to use it as a gimmick.

Are we even watching the same drama. This drama is 180 degree opposite of what you are claiming but ok
I am stating my views on your public comment as a disagreement and how is that not accepting other's perspective? So in a public forum we are not allowed to disagree others' views and voice about that disagreement? :)
