FL's character is poor writing at its best. Where was her concern about her father during the first invasion? ML had adviced her to leave the village immediately when she sees smoke on the left hill. She didnt even share this info with her family. Im fine with that, i might do the same, trying to save my as@ and my close friends. But there's no way someone like that, to suddenly become a person who cares/provides/feeds his/her family in a few months time. These character changes-if ever happen- are supposed to happen after years of experiencing tragedies. So yes its poor writing to justify a character that had the potential to shine, but the writer chose to bury her.
Correct me if im wrong, but her sick father was already left alone the first time she run to the forest with the girls, not even looking back, She just yelled: "the intruders are coming" and she left. Didnt she have a sick father back then? (talkin about the 1st invasion, when ML had adviced her to leave the village when she sees smoke. She didnt even share the "secret" of smoke, with her co-villagers

Actually i would even pay for it LMFAO From his point of view, he is right for not telling her the times and the cost for him trying to stop a whole war for her sake. He wants her to follow him freely not because of gratitude. Some episodes earlier, i was equally siding with both of them. But now i clearly see the poor writing. But im not dissapointed-i had no expectations, since there was nothing new and refreshing to catch my eye. Overall, the writer literally dug a 6 feet hole and buried the FL under. I could see that coming since the incident with the chubby-dead now-boy, when she dared to promise him to marry him and sent him off to war to protect her crush-HER BF'S FIANCE FCOL. I just didnt expect that it will get worse. Well it did.

Even if i wanted, i couldnt charge a person on the internet for committing anything. But when someone misleads others about a creative work, or about anything, yes its a bad thing. Sorry, but information is the ultimate product and the weapon of our times. You say something now, and i a few hours, a whole community has made a story out of nothing. Dont tell me you havent noticed the power of (mis)information throught the internet? Of course im pointing out such misinformation especially when someone claims that he/she doesnt care "about legal matters" and just makes suggestion to people to read wiki. I can assure you, that even if people from a production team were here, they'd report many comments including mine. You just have no idea, how important are all these things especially on the internet.
Since ive watched only some scenes and only first 5 episodes as a whole, i have no big picture. But i just watched tha main scenes of ep 10. She is still claiming that he abandoned her all the time. Since she already know that he was at least one time, on the island to save them, why the f@ she s still talking about abandonment? And why the f@ doesnt he tell the truth? The whole thing is bad communication (despite the FL's flaws which are very responsible for the current mess), and bad communication=always bad writing. Very bad writing. When a writer cant find enough plot elements,, always turns to bad communication between the leads so that the story will progress to an uneccessary tragedy. I ve got about thousands (ok less) examples, same pattern. Oh another thing once you mentioned it: why exactly has to feed her people? They are all healthy and young. Her bf with her husband, her maid, the other maid, what's left? Her father and? What's with that game of hunger?

You have to recognize "inspired by" and "adapted". Of course all people should be concerned about plagiarism. Its a very sensitive issue that puts in danger one's work. In TMOPB there was literally a war for years about the plagiarism they committed. No there is no such rule about different settings. If and when something is very similar with an older work, its considered plagiarism and the legal original author have the right to claim what the law says so. Legal remakes of course are done all the time and always they write it on the preview on their official pages etc. (even here and imdb). I had no intention to insult you. But i just dont like misinformation. Actually i fight disinformation-its part of my job too. So, the writer herself said so. Can you please show me in what interview she said that? An unnoficcial adaptation is called plagiarism. Of course she claims its an adaptation, thats why she suggests people to read wiki about GWTW so to get an idea of the story of My Dearest.
