Are you sure that its an adaptation? So you claim that the korean writer illegally adapted the GWTW story? Do…
Even if i wanted, i couldnt charge a person on the internet for committing anything. But when someone misleads others about a creative work, or about anything, yes its a bad thing. Sorry, but information is the ultimate product and the weapon of our times. You say something now, and i a few hours, a whole community has made a story out of nothing. Dont tell me you havent noticed the power of (mis)information throught the internet? Of course im pointing out such misinformation especially when someone claims that he/she doesnt care "about legal matters" and just makes suggestion to people to read wiki. I can assure you, that even if people from a production team were here, they'd report many comments including mine. You just have no idea, how important are all these things especially on the internet.
Since ive watched only some scenes and only first 5 episodes as a whole, i have no big picture. But i just watched tha main scenes of ep 10. She is still claiming that he abandoned her all the time. Since she already know that he was at least one time, on the island to save them, why the f@ she s still talking about abandonment? And why the f@ doesnt he tell the truth? The whole thing is bad communication (despite the FL's flaws which are very responsible for the current mess), and bad communication=always bad writing. Very bad writing. When a writer cant find enough plot elements,, always turns to bad communication between the leads so that the story will progress to an uneccessary tragedy. I ve got about thousands (ok less) examples, same pattern. Oh another thing once you mentioned it: why exactly has to feed her people? They are all healthy and young. Her bf with her husband, her maid, the other maid, what's left? Her father and? What's with that game of hunger?

You have to recognize "inspired by" and "adapted". Of course all people should be concerned about plagiarism. Its a very sensitive issue that puts in danger one's work. In TMOPB there was literally a war for years about the plagiarism they committed. No there is no such rule about different settings. If and when something is very similar with an older work, its considered plagiarism and the legal original author have the right to claim what the law says so. Legal remakes of course are done all the time and always they write it on the preview on their official pages etc. (even here and imdb). I had no intention to insult you. But i just dont like misinformation. Actually i fight disinformation-its part of my job too. So, the writer herself said so. Can you please show me in what interview she said that? Im just curious, not trying to corner you or anything. Its just i ve read first time about the resemblance from viewers. Can you copy n paste me here the link of the interview?

An unnoficcial adaptation is called plagiarism. Of course she claims its an adaptation, thats why she suggests people to read wiki about GWTW so to get an idea of the story of My Dearest.
They would never switch FL Even in alchemy of souls that they did for purely practical reasons there was a high risk and a major shock for the audience. But im a pervert and i d love to see that for once just for a change.
I didnt expect to see that scene it caught me offguard Those 2 really rock!
I've seen some people saying, "Stop comparing with Gone With The Wind, already!" But this really *is* GWTW-Korea,…
Are you sure that its an adaptation? So you claim that the korean writer illegally adapted the GWTW story? Do you have any idea of what you just said? Are you a 7 yo or something?
Just saw the final scene with the new 2fl Oh god they click soooooo good together! Either Namkoong Min chose the wrong female to light up his eyes or the director lost it and gave wrong directions πππ 4 seconds of pure chemistry no words involved!
I have no problem with the ending. I am glad its a new start for both JH and GC but I just hope they dont try…
Welcome to my team, "the cool watchers" How i wish that a drama would dare to plot twist the mains and give other hotter pairings!! No writer has the guts to do it
And then some people comment back to us that this isnt a rom com then tell me what is this cuz this aint romance…
In ROF she was cornered and literally blackmailed with her life by the emperor to have that wedding plus the heavy political reasons behind this certain wedding. And she was fully in love with Ning Yi but he turned to be very ambitious losing himself, at the later episodes he was even abandoned by his mentor and best friend. His father the emperor also predicted that power changes a man . FL there also had a huge reason for being cornered and choose suicide. She had her whole clan having expectations from her, and a brother. She had to choose between ning yi and her clan so she chose death for the exact reason that she loved him too much.
I wouldnt dare to compare Claire- a true fighter and feminist and survivor, with our FL here. And i also dont see…
I was talking about comparing Claire and Gil Chae, in other terms-its also a bad idea to compare heroes/heroines of different cultures-countries-eras, just for the sake of the conversation, yes i did compare them and not by the fact of who ended with whom. Its just that Claire's character is far more well written in many ways. Feminism also doesnt mean to send a man into war with a fake promise to marry him (and having him killed at the end, protecting your crush, as you requested), and also feminism doesnt mean to treat your supposed to be lover like cr@p. So in that aspect the writers did an awful and unfair job with Gil Chae. Of course she is a fighter and a survivor, nobody denied that.
Seems like even Korean watchers are angry ?? At least thats what someone wrote, canβt confirm if its True or…
Its true. Koreans on youtube comments section, under previews and parts, are hitting a record in korean cursing and crying! The drama was very anticipated as a heavy romance-full of passion-stuff, so i guess they lost control
"Lovers"
And here is the proof of all i ve said before.
This is what misinformation does.
