Yeah, I think your theory works the best. The dead wife might be Patient Zero, somehow the golem virus got out of control from there. But then I'm not sure why the mom is there, unless she was a body for Evil Doctor to run experiments on. Or he's just evil and wants to torture Hibiki for some reason.I think there's a still a chance that Kurumi and Hibiki will be a couple since this drama has their romance as a main part of the story but that chance is getting dimmer and dimmer, I agree.

I actually like Kanae more than Kurumi at the moment, which is strange bc I hated Kanae at the start. Kanae usually got the group into trouble because of her selfishness and then stood by and let the group deal with the issue. But with the latest episodes, she's more proactive and more helpful to the group.

Kurumi on the other hand went from being a damsel in distress to a walking, talking death magnet. And now she might even endanger the survivors themselves.

It's weird how I used to despise Kanae but I actually like her more than Kurumi rn. Kanae went from being a dead-weight to a helpful, moral member of the survivors while Kurumi is just going through angst. Moreover, Kurumi and Hibiki are on opposing sides, even if they don't know it.

I think the dead wife is Patient 000 and the mom is 001. question is, how long has the doctor been doing these experiments and who became the first golem?

Notice how Hibiki never denies betraying him? Perhaps he really did do something unforgivable to Todoroki and they're both aware of it (does Kurumi know? I don't think she does)

My guess is Evil Doctor's wife is Patient 0, the first one who got introduced to the golem virus. Or she is just dead and Hibiki's mom, Patient 001, was the first golem, after being alive all this time.

All I hope is that no more of the survivors die. I feel like Kanae or Min-jun might die next episode but I hope that doesn't happen.

Evil 'Doctor' gets more deranged by the episode. There must be a backstory to why Min-jun's noona is on his side but I can't help think of her and the rest of the scientists as evil.
