I think it was this drama and another that made me interested in seeing what Higashino books are like. Now I've read all of his books available in English because I love them so much.

I recommended it somewhere else below, but you should watch Kidnapping Game. Similar blend of romance and crime, also one of the few good cdramas.

True, she hated his guts but now she's all for him. But then again, they did establish that she liked him and found him attractive from the start, she just needed to defrost a little bit.

Hero might be stretching it a bit too far considering all the emotional damage she's dealt out to Manami and her ex husband and how much she stifled Nozomi but yeah, definitely a formidable woman worth respect.

She was kinda salty for one or two episodes but then she became 100% supportive and loving towards the couple. Improbable? yes. but I don't think we needed vengeful ex drama, it would probably ruin the otherwise warm tone.

Literally nothing world-shattering happens in this drama but it's still so damn amazing. Not because it does something new or because it's deep; no, it's just so warm, wholesome and full of positivity and love and that's what we all need in the hellscape that was 2020.

Have you watched Kairos? Like Train, it's one of the best kdramas this year, I feel you'd really enjoy it.

After watching My Mister and based on simple emotional maturity, cheaters are some of the worst people, who can completely ruin a person's ability to trust and their emotional wellbeing. They deserve everything that happens to them. However, it's unfair that he gets off scot-free while her career is over.

Poor lady probably can't bear to watch this film bc of her ex husband and his mistress...
