This was the first episode where I actually felt the stakes of their cheating. I was feeling the same dread, nervousness and fear that Lin and Bank felt.
A beautiful drama...The issues of disability and one's mortality were dealt with tactfully, yet naturally. Tokyo…
Watch Perfect World to see what it's like to have a disability in modern Japan. On the whole, the situation seems to have gotten better. As to the haircuts, it was the early 2000s... XD

People in America complain about cancel culture after they make racist comments or just straight up commit sexual assault or something and then slowly return to the public eye. They wouldn't last a day in East Asia, imo.

They never did explain what Rin's relationhip to Shusaku was. She did say he was her "customer" but he doesn't seem like that type of person so I would have liked to see some closure on that before poor Rin died.
Binged watched this entire drama in three days. One of the best Japanese dramas I've seen, and comparable to Battle of Changsha in quality. Literally nothing major happened in the first few episodes but family-level angst but it still so engaging but then last four episodes came and the drama became even better. Me and my entire family were lowkey tearing up. Melancholy but also beautiful and filled with comedic, wholesome moments. Suzu and Shusaku are one of the best couples in drama history tbh. Do not miss this drama, it's a 10/10 from me.
