Her drama Love Is Sweet. The LIS production team and casts members were really kind and supportive during her difficult time.

I'm so glad the producer decided to focus on the romance aspect of the script... which made this drama a success.

the first 10 episodes was kind of slow since it revolves around the missing gold thread... I just watched 13 and 14, it's getting better in terms of the interaction between bai lu and Leon.

Part of the reasons this drama gets to be released is due to the popularity of LIS with Bai Lu in it. Among the newer actresses, she stands out to me. I'm definitely watching this in support of Bai Lu.

Bai Lu and Leo is my 2020 C-drama CP of the year! Hopefully we can get a historical drama from them... or any period drama for that matter. IQIYI are you listening lol.

I read that due to the attacks/false rumors from XK's fan, BL lost product endorsements and drama opportunities. It's hard enough for any new comers in the entertainment industry to begin with and with these vicious attacks from his crazy female fans, I see why she was at her lower point of her life during that period of the time.

I saw those attacks from Weibo last year, the attacks got even worse after the release of AMA. I was so disappointed that Xu Kai didn't release a public statement to stop his obsessive fans from attacking her. If I remember correctly, I don't even think their agency did anything in regards to the harassment she received. Poor girl. I'm glad LIS healed her.

According to the novel, Du Lei is supposed to be a questionable character through and through. I guess the writer is trying tie that in towards the end of the drama...

I too don't care too much with side couples (I find most are annoying) but YB and DXX are good addition to this drama.

same here. I couldn't get into other dramas at the current moment. I might have to take a break from c-drama and recalibrate my brain after LIS finished haha.

competition is good and it also calls for future funny moments between 3 of them. hopefully Leon's character will loosen up a bit, he's a bit wooden with the current episodes.

I think Leon has problem getting too close to any female-some type of phobia? At least that's what it seems to me.

Alan has a lot of screen time in this drama. I like his interaction with Bai Lu... for some reason I feel like Bai Lu has better chemistry with Alan than with the Leon.

There will be a LIS fan meeting on 10/24. Hopefully iqiyi will post the meeting with eng sub somewhere/ somehow... I'd love to see the casts interaction, should be fun.

I dropped dating in the kitchen too. I watched about 5 episodes but I couldn't feel the chemistry between the leads. I like the FL and watched quite a few of her dramas but her character in dating in the kitchen is very similar to her past roles... got tired of it.

You're right, I was thinking about that too. CCP is so strict, some ppl on Weibo are already surprised with the amount of kissing scenes with LIS.
