There’s less restrictions with web modern dramas... you might be able to watch it sooner than you think.

I read on Weibo that Imperial Cuisine is a bigger production and will be broadcasted on Mango TV (what most actors want), whereas Yu Lou Chun will be a Youku web drama.

I searched the drama by using the Chinese title. I understand some Chinese and there's no English sub.

I've seen 5 episodes (skipped a lot) on youtube and dropping it... not even xu kai's look can get me to continue. poor storyline, bad cgi, over exaggerated acting, over all a mess.

I understand about promoting new actors but at least with Wu Jia Yi, she played a 2nd FL in AMA with lots of screen time and we get to see her acting skills.

Yes, there’re 2 iqiyi channels... kind of confusing but if you search ‘iqiyi Arsenal Military Academy’, you should be able to tell and subscribe to that one.

For those who just started this drama...It looks like iqiyi is starting to upload some episodes to their official YouTube channel with eng sub option- so far there’re 2 episodes out. Just search YouTube with ‘iqiyi arsenal military academy’.

With apple app store, there is one in Chinese and one in English. Use the one that reads "iqiyi- movies, dramas & shows".

FYI-Arsenal Military Academy is available with eng sub with iqiyi app (iphone). the ML discovers the FL's cover pretty early on. The drama is good, there are a lot of comedic scenes.

I agree, but they probably had limited budget? I read that this drama did great in terms of viewership in China. If you like the main leads (bai lu and xu kai), they are leading in another drama coming out this summer.
