I think we are generalizing, I am looking down and almost nobody has brought up Vin Zhang in a negative light up to prop up Wang Dou. The ONLY person I see is that new username above who responded to @Lovers saying that people watching the drama cus they liked the SML.

No one here is putting down Vin Zhang, but for some reason you feel the need to put down Wang Duo just cus he has a supporting role. Imagine NXY when had 10/10 of his powers and his special premonition sight... he must have been a beast, especially with that genius brain of his. I truly believe that after his brother tortured him and his family betrayed him, he became crazy depressed. I wish we could have seen more if him prior to the "incident" at his peak happy self.

Who knows if she had the amulet on the whole time (for utilitarian reasons) or if she just brought it specifically for this occasion, the ep doesnt really show it. Let's agree to disagree on this point LOL. In the end NXY's plan clearly failed, whether it was cus of his lack of imagination or his damn bad luck.

I think he calculated that even if MXL tried to give it to XXC, he would not accept her offer and insist that she wear the amulet before the big battle. It was a stroke of luck that she was able to hide it from XXC, and that was not something that NXY accounted for.

Anyways, my point is that I dont think he was under the delusion that she was gonna cherish the amulet or something like that. He just thought too logically and love is not logical.

From a logical point of view, he thought she wouldn't throw away the strongest defence amulet in history, it didnt have to be a sentimental thing. Plus she did keep it, the flaw in his plan was he didnt account that she would sneak it to XXC right before the big showdown.

The book is finally going to make an appearance? I have been wating for this moment.
