third time - episode 3 - still pants dropped for good

Hat's off to you Old Chap, I found I was happy with what we learned from the other films. I found Tomoe hard to cope with as well, or perhaps hard to care about?

It get's worse as you go along, I made it further in but the action just gets less believable and the characters...

Just didn't grab me at all tried twice now and I'm still only got a half hour in.

Starts with a truly ridiculous sword fight and continues bloodily but slowly for a while before grinding to a crawl with every glance, motion and word oozing with significance or something or other. I don't know what happens in the end I got bored and turned it off. Stick with the original trilogy.

Not for me I'm afraid, creepy stalker boy just didn't grab me.

I had the same ride with this though I got bored and stopped watching earlier than you. It's a shame really all the ingredients were there to make it interesting but all they managed was safe and bland. Almost worth it for the florist's wicked glances.

I like the reusing of 'set buildings' for different dramas. It's a bit like the ever present clichés if you look at them literally it's annoying and spoils your immersion but if you recognise them as narrative devices they can enhance the story.
Like the 'nursing a fever' cliché indicates a steadfast and caring love a building can act as a cue as well. Oh yes that's a cold lonely Chaebol's house - that rooftop means house someone poor with a heart of gold and ambition etc.

Little style and less substance, you may gorge yourself on it but you won't feel full.

Dreadful nonsense that I started skipping through within the first episode and dropped by the end of the third. Jerk lead, pathetic FL with a poor past - sigh, unfunny comedy and problematic behaviour ain't a good hook.

The whole eating(and drinking) deliciously is a hard sell for me too, all that gulping and smacking of lips is just foul. I get it, it's cultural; I was taught good manners was eating and drinking quietly with your mouth closed and that's obviously not the case in many Asian countries. "I like drinking alone" gulp gulp smack chew slurp in glorious surround sound - Arghhhhh!

That can be done on the small scale, and have large returns overall." ? I have provided links to two articles which argue the exact opposite but if you can show anything that refutes them I will gladly concede your point. Or probably check your sources and then concede if they are valid.

Agreed especially younger viewers, I stop my children watching things by both the rating and by my own attitudes whilst understanding that I cannot control what they view outside of my influence. I always try to explain why I think they shouldn't watch it. I hope that they at least they take away the idea you can control what media you consume.

No my premise is the things you watch affect how you behave regardless of whether you know it is fiction or fact. Hentai cannot be argued as to whether it is fictional, it's animation after all, but it is still pornography. Equally the experiment on oxytocin used animation to produce the effect.
