i have started this today . i kept delaying watching it cause i thought it would never be as good as the og novel…
Although I like this drama and would definitely enjoy rewatching this drama, I love the novel, Cang Lan Jue more. Hope someone will make a separate xianxia drama on the original story someday...
Hello ^^You can clearly see that Taisui used this body to evacuate DFQS's power and his. He's like in trance,…
So are u saying that Tai Sui was in a trance? Then why did Tai Sui shout once in between? And why did he, as you said, evacuate his own power from dongfang's body?
Can someone tell me why Tai Sui didn't resist when goddess Xi Yun kissed him in episode 36 the first time, in the midst of the battle? Wasn't he afraid of Dongfang taking over control over the mind & body?
Am at 27 i think.. and ML is very active even before he realizes his love for FL...FL supports and stays with…
Yes, when the male lead was about to give up he really thought the goddess & orchid were two different people, but then she accidentally reveals one of the traits of her past self when she tries to make dongfang smile before he leaves. That made him realize that little orchid & goddess Xi yun are one now. For me, this moment was not 100% satisfactory to watch but at least it was a lot better than all the depressing moments & scenes I forced myself to watch in episode 33 & episode 34. So I felt a bit pleased with this new development in ep 35.
Also, the male lead at first was okay with making goddess fall in love with him all over again if she really lost her memories. But the problem is the goddess kept avoiding him & pushing him away as if he was bothering him. So, he didn't want to force her I guess because he also realized he was more in love with the little orchid version of the goddess.

By that time , he was already under the assumption that goddess Xi Yun had deliberately given up her little Orchid side & never identified herself with her past self or gave any importance to their love in the past. So, he was ready to give up & go back. I mean, he gave up on expecting the goddess to love him & not marry the second male lead. Yet, he still never gave up on loving little orchid & the love they shared in the past. So, he goes & ties the lovers' locks on the bridge by himself because he believes that doing this somehow will make him feel as if he was never separated from little orchid although he knows she's gone now. That's when he asks the goddess if she's willing to tie or hang the lock with him on behalf of Orchid. But the goddess deliberately refuses saying it's all meaningless & makes no sense to her or something like that. That kind of response sounded so cold to me. I found that scene really heartwrenching to watch. I wish the dialogues & responses of the goddess towards dongfang in that scene were written differently.
And after this, he tells the goddess that he's about to leave. But the goddess gives herself away when she tries to make him smile. That makes Dongfang realize that she was pretending all alone. So he cancels his plans to go back to his realm & instead decides to change the fate of goddess Xi Yun because now he knows she is both orchid & goddess at the same time.
Thanks.

Didn't come across her picture anywhere.
So true.
☺
Some of the things that you said I was able to comprehend on my own.
Some other details are new to me. I didn't perceive it that way.
So what I need to clarify is was Xi Yun kissing Tai Sui to awaken Dongfang who was in a trance?
And why did he, as you said, evacuate his own power from dongfang's body?
The ending is happy.

I saw someone else's comment expressing her wish for a sad ending.🤣
