I think it may help to adjust expectations. Silliness, lightheartedness is encoded in this drama's DNA. For this, the prince, like the helicopters, the bathroom, the him not doing a lick of work for 6+ episodes, it's all part of the same.

I doubt there will be issues with the prince to that extent, breaching the contract would cost him 100x the value of such, and if that were to happen I imagine that's an automatic lose for Won. I don't think, however, that this move is enough to cinch the final win, or the drama would be out of steam next week.
