WHY ARE THE SUPPORTING CASTS ARE WAY BETTER LOOKING THAN THE MAIN LEADS!!!!
I know someone like you that won't watch dramas unless the actors are flawlessly beautiful (she thinks Gong Yoo looks like a cow 🤣). It's really laughable, but hey, to each their own.
Am i the only one who was not disappointed or shocked at how their first kiss scene went down? I was expecting…
He took that huge step to try to recapture what they had through his sincerity, I like it! Though, from memory, the times where he was this sincere before.. 1) when they were speaking to each other through the screen wall during confinement, when he apologized to her, and 2) when she was passed out in his arms after the assassination attempt. This brand of sincerity was way overdue!
Oh god. Toss in the fact that we already know they filmed at the actual location of her tomb, forget it. Idk how to ready my body for this heartbreak 😳
Did you notice the scene where he's wearing the mourning robes while sitting on the floor alone? That's his old CP room. They will spare no expense at ripping out our hearts, and I'm here for it.
I saw someone noticed she was heading into that garden house before the bath scene. If so, I will have to be scraped off the floor at the end of these two episodes.
What the HECK is wrong with Deok Im!!!!! "We can't trust the King"? Did something happen in the previous episodes…
The only possible blu-ray option you'll likely see is the one I mentioned before, if it gets made at all. I think it's very likely - pre-order ends today so I hope they'll have a confirmation soon.
I am hoping someone will post subs for bonus scenes, though ngl it'd be nice if a subber takes the whole director's cut on as a project. I'll even take Korean subs, at least you can run those through a translator.
And if there are no subs, oh well, Junho on my screen is never a bad thing. God knows all the ig lives of his I've watched with no subs 🤣 doesn't matter

When he told his captain to ensure the court ladies don't get hurt, I believed it. His intention vs actual outcome are two different things - same with how he told her he will hurt her again with his decisions in the future, because it can't be helped, he's still the king.
Idk what exactly he was waiting for, but for sure his anger was mostly derived from the fact that involving the queen dowager would've meant certain death for Deok Ro, and this is something that made him absolutely agonize. He did not want to kill the only friend he ever had (disloyalty aside). And Deok Im nearly took that opportunity away from him.

Between her desperation with Kyung Hee's disappearance, the queen dowager's and Deok Ro's insinuations that Court ladies mean nothing to San (not totally a lie, from his CP days, but as a king, everyone is his subject, so this is not true anymore) and his using biding his time, she felt she had no choice than to take action.
It's some mental gymnastics, given how they had in the past blindly relied on each other, but perhaps the distance between over the years that elapsed off camera, it's possible that her trust could be eroded more easily than in the past.
It's a symptom of this not having at least 20 episodes, but you can talk yourself into understanding it 😂
