Episode 18 although it hurts but really kudos to all the actors in that episodes especially Tian. He really made me feel for him so much I want to give him a hug.

We got the closure we need and we saw how much Chi Cheng loves Wei Wei in that episode (although I never doubted his love prior to this), those who still doubts his love then I am concluding we are watching a different show at this stage..

I won't spoil the details but I actually did like the episode on my side.

It was Ziyu in the bts clip after the director said cut, he said "抱我(Bao wo)", he said it very softly though but if you listen attentively he did said it(i had to rewind a few times of that part to see for myself, because some fans with keen ears heard it and those with keen eyes and good at lip reading confirmed it

Then he leaned into TXN for a hug on his side.

And yeah they are very adorable because in the BTS we get to see them as Tian and Ziyu instead. Thats why I love the BTS on my side here.

Just 3 more weeks and then this drama will come to an end... Then I can get my friend to watch this after it ended.

Really hope (praying) that the later parts will not disappoint.

For me, both Tian and Ziyu are genuine and are honest people and what is happening in the BTS and their interviews are truly how they are, not part of fanservice.

I say it is toxic from what I saw their (Chi Cheng and Wang Shuo) relationship was portrayed in the past, and have already gave examples on my side in my original comment.

While WSW initial approach was deception and lies and it was for revenge, but the moment he fell in love with Chi Cheng, he was filled with regret, and he didn't want to hurt Chi Cheng on his side.

The difference is how Chi Cheng is when he's with Wang Shuo in the past when compared to how he is with Wu Suo Wei in the present. It is not hard to see the difference here.

If you don't see this the same then this is YOUR PERSPECTIVE which I won't be here to change it since everyone see and perceive this differently.

I already gave reasons how I view this on my end so I stand by what I feel from my perspective and analysis. You can feel free to disagree if you don't see it this way.

I love how they hugged each other in the bts in that breakup scene because it was too much for them and really shows they don't really want to break up there 😭😭

Just because WSW is cute it doesn't mean he isn't also a red flag as well. He is not perfect either and WSW is a red flag as well whether you want to ignore that point or not, but we still love him anyway.

As for Chi Cheng, I am not sure where you're up to but up to the current episode he loves WSW ALOT.

To the point you can see how he treats him is different to his past encounters.

Personally for me I love Chi Cheng on my side despite he is a red flag to those people, he is a green flag to me when it comes to those he care about.

I actually made a brief post/comment about this yesterday in here, but I just want to add to that point from yesterday since this is how I see it, and because of this comparison, it actually made me love Chi Cheng's love for Wei Wei even more.

"Wei Wei might not have been the first person Chi Cheng dated, but he is his first true love".

This is something Chi Cheng is very clear about when he wrote that note "You're my white moonlight and also my cinnabar mole", this was seen in the collage of photos between him and Wei Wei. That is his answer, when he wrote that note. If only Wei Wei didn't get all the wrong ideas from Wang Shuo and started comparing how Chi Cheng was like with his Ex and the past sexual encounters with those people, then he would know that what Chi Cheng feels for Wei Wei is something more stronger and deeper than what he felt for his ex and those people

When I am saying that, I am not saying Chi Cheng didn't love Wang Shuo in the past but I felt that his love for him never evolved to the same extent as how we see when he is with Wu Suo Wei.

Even when he dated Wang Shuo back then, when he was asked who is his most important person, when he answered his best friend Guo Cheng Yu, this made me doubt that his love for Wang Shuo was never to the same extent as how he felt for Wei Wei. I believe if it was Wei Wei, to Chi Cheng, Wei Wei is his most important person. I dont think that is even a question and I don't think he will do any of those things like in the past as he would do with Wei Wei.

And another thing is, Chi Cheng never walk out on Wei Wei before when they're together despite they argue in the office, it is usually Wei Wei pushing him away. But when Chi Cheng and Wang Shuo argues in the past as we can see, he had walked out on him in the past, because he didn't want to talk to him anymore.

So this is why for me, I felt that while Wang Shuo was the first person Chi Cheng dated, I don't really see it as his first true love because it is clearly in comparison the difference in level on how Chi Cheng is willing to change for Wei Wei on his side.. True love can really make a person change and grow for the better.

I believe Chi Cheng can really change for Wei Wei not only because he comes to really love him and wants to treat him better (since Wei Wei deserves it), but because when Wei Wei first met him and chase after him(although this was all a plot for revenge at first from WSW side), he is the first person who actually challenges Chi Cheng, the first person who said to him that "if we really slept together, then it will only be something physical between them", the first person who actually said to him "We are not even dating, why should I let you do what you want with me", when he said that the latter for the first time, Chi Cheng stopped and it really made him rethink and think through the things Wei Wei said to him. Does he want something sexual between them or something more? And when there were those x amount of episodes where Chi Cheng showed that he is respecting Wei Wei's decisions and even is okay to just sleep beside him without doing anything more, that is already the biggest change for him because this is the first time he actually is changing for the other party and is being considerate of his(Wei Wei) feelings and respecting he wasn't ready at the time. He is willing to be patient for him because he wanted this to work out.

Yes, people said that Chi Cheng was the first to fall in love and Wei Wei will fall harder in love with him, but I see Chi Cheng is the same, because he fell much harder in love with him that he told Wang Shuo, after he broke up with Wei Wei that his heart now completely belongs to Wei Wei(and he can't love anyone else anymore). This is even more powerful if you think about how he said this to Wang Shuo right after he broke up with Wei Wei, because despite of the heartbreak he is feeling right now from Wei Wei, his feelings for Wei Wei didn't change and he still loves him, even when Wei Wei had disappointed him when he said all those hurtful words before all this.

So I honestly hope Wei Wei will come to know just how much Chi Cheng loves him and the only reason he is different when he's with him when compared to his ex and those other people is because Chi Cheng have changed (for the better) after he fell in love with Wei Wei. Chi Cheng is like this only with Wei Wei, not Wang Shuo. That is the difference in his love for the two.

I know some people might feel sorry for Wang Shuo here but for me, I actually saw that their past relationship was more leaning towards toxic, this can happen in real life too where, the first person you dated might not be your first true love. You may love that person in the past and I trust that Chi Cheng did when he said that to Wang Shuo but after meeting Wei Wei, he knows with deep certainty that he only loves Wei Wei now and his(Chi Cheng) heart is now completely his(Wei Wei). What Chi Cheng and Wang Shuo have in the past was more in a toxic loop and I felt that it is because of Wang Shuo, Chi Cheng will never grow or become a better person because of who Wang Shuo is, but Wei Wei is different. He's someone who can change and make Chi Cheng grow for the better. And we have witnessed that ever since we saw his character introduction at the beginning when compared to how he's like after he got together with Wei Wei.

To me, Chi Cheng can be such a misunderstood character to those who doesn't understand him or take the time to understand his character depth. When I am writing all this, I am not saying Chi Cheng never love Wang Shuo in the past because he did, all I am saying is because of this comparison, I saw that Wang Shuo is his dark past, and Wei Wei is his bright future and someone he wants to grow old with.

So when Chi Cheng wrote that note: You're my white moonlight and also my cinnabar mole", which parallel to how I feel as well because Wei Wei might not be the first person Chi Cheng dated, but he is his first true love.

I know, thats why I said that quote from how I also sees it, to add to that and elaborate on it.

Actually we can blame Wang Shuo here because he was the one who gave WSW all the wrong ideas, using his past experience with Chi Cheng to compare how Chi Cheng is with WSW.

If only WSW know that Chi Cheng is willing to change(which is a huge step for him) is because he loves WSW a lot. His love for WSW is more tolerant and gentle when compared to Wang Shuo as well. It is sad that WSW misunderstood this as indifference because of the wrong ideas planted by Wang Shuo.

This is why I felt like this break up, while it is heartbreaking but it is needed for WSW to learn from this and understand Chi Cheng feelings better.

What he did when he gave up the chance to explain this to Chi Cheng was his decision which ultimately hurted both of them. The fact that Chi Cheng said to him that as long as he said yes, that he did sincerely love him, he will forget this all and forgive him. This already goes to show the extent Chi Cheng loves WSW already ;_;
