I like the contrast how TY didn't mind being stabbed by demonic YH , where he even let her stabbed him and pulled her sword into him then when he kissed her it really convey his feelings that no matter what she do to him, he will forgive her and continue to love her on his end which is sooooo different to how he felt towards SY at the beginning. This is why I love the contrast in comparison in that scene I saw in the MV because it shows me what TY felt for YH is much deeper than what he ever felt for SY.

It can be seen that Su Jin was stabbed by the love of her life although the feelings is not mutual since YH doesn't love her.

It was also my favourite Stab too.

The scene I was thinking of when I said that initially being stabbed by the love of your life:

- HC stabbed BJ in Ancient Love Poetry,

- CXJ stabbed SF in Love and Redemption

- YH stabbed CY in the Blue Whisper

- JM stabbed XF in AOL(although I don't ship this pair).

And let's not get me started how LSS tries to kill TTJ in TTEOTM in their wedding night...

I also want to see remorseful TY too.
Like he deeply regret what he did and actively chase after her later to earn her love and forgiveness again.

I do trust that TY wouldn't have come to that decision if there's another choice, but honestly I'm kinda glad it happened now since I've seen the official mv where I love some of the later scenes so at least that's one angst out of the way

It will be nice to see remorseful TY and how he open his heart to realize how much he actually does love her on his end.

I may not like what happened in THAT scene but I don't think I can hate him. I will probably forgive him depending on the context of why he did what he did.

I still ship TY with YH though, but YH does have every right to be mad at TY for what he did. I don't mind lol this way it will give me the moments I want to see TY actively pursuing this relationship later on. I will definitely feel sorry for the heartbreak that YH feels no joke 😢😢

I think it's common trope in all Xianxia to have the love of your life stab you... I mean I can't count how many times I've seen it happen... Not that I support that trope but just saying it's not the first time it's presented that way.

For me personally I will wait until I see that scene from TY in episode 16 since we don't really have the full context why he did what he did.

Omg I knew BXS was in love with her!! (I had an inkling that it was the case but hoping I was wrong) when she saved him from the Misty Forest!! 😢😢😢 And that feeling got stronger when she told him that at first she and TY was just pretending to be lovey dovey in front of him and he was happy when he found out which I find odd and then when she told him that she's now in love with TY he looks sad and I'm like "????" Why???
But now I got my answer 😢😢 What am I going to do?? I like him as a shipper instead!!!

And I do really love YH love and devotion how she wants to help and make TY happy. And how she wore black just so they can be a matched was really touching...

It's sad that TY cannot open up and accept her love for him though 😔😔😔

Tomorrow episode is going to be heartbreaking judging by the trailer..I don't know why he did what he did but I believe there has to be a reason I just hope it's a good one but I will feel for YH when that time comes though 😭😭

But then one thing I want to touch on is that I also wish people dont take his PTSD lightly since it's PTSD for a reason. That's psychological healing if they want to recover from it.

Something interesting I noticed or maybe something subtle here. In the next episode 15 trailer when we see Tian Yao wearing black again I like to think that it has something to do with what Yan Hui said about him loving the colour black in today's episode 14. I mean ever since he went back to the Dragon Valley (his home), he was not wearing black but after what Yan Hui said about him liking black, it felt like subconsciously he wanted to wear black for her or something (I find that sweet), how it happened after what Yan Hui said though. I think his bluntness comes from his reflex response to "Love" from his mental trauma. That's something considered psychological response.

His bluntness may not have been intended that from the heart but, I don't think I need to touch on the "why" his views are like that.

For me, of course I will want to see him opening up and accepting her love and allowing himself to be happy in a relationship again but that is not something that can happen instantaneously due to what has happened.

Personally I wasn't surprised by his response given with how there was a scene of the flashback when he woke up the day after the full moon when he wanted to touch her (since he felt something for her then), but the flashback scene of the past came back to haunt him so yeah.

If it wasn't because of his past I would agree with you that he has no reason to feel that way but because of his past I see where he's coming from

I believe we will see him pursue her later in the story (since I've seen it in the mv clips during those scenes), in a way I do get you since I do want to see him putting in for the relationships too but all in due time.

But it's understandable why he is afraid to love again.

I think the fact that it shows us this where the more he's afraid to accept or admit his feelings, the more it shows how much he already did love her now.

He said no but it's him being not honest with himself.

I feel this is part of character growth and healing for his character in the story.

It is realistic this way otherwise there's no point as to why it shows his backstory and why he's afraid to accept being in a romantic relationship again

Yan Hui already won his heart, he just need a bit of time for him to comes to terms with it. This is why we have BXS being the shipper LOL

I love her in WOH and I definitely love her in this drama too, so far from what I'm seeing!

I am traumatized from TTEOTM LOL. I can never forgive that kind of ending for my favourite character TTJ 😭😭

So this is why I am thankful to BFTB because it let me get into this one with its comedic moments and those nice scenes I really love and I love the FL Yan Hui in this one too so yeah it's not so angsty but it will be angsty later judging from trailers.. at least for this one I get to see the FL putting in for her love for the ML which I love.

I also love that too since it's more realistic that way and is understandable.

It's not Tian Yao fault for being afraid or traumatized by what happened.

Nor is this Yan Hui since she's pure and just following her heart and helping Tian Yao but for Tian Yao he have his own problems he deals with and it will take time but that is not to say he doesn't already love Yan Hui because he does

He just need a bit of time to accept and open his heart again.

I also feel that when that time comes he will probably be able to draw his sword again. My guess anyways since at the moment he's holding onto revenge and not allowing himself to be happy (thus punishing himself for what happened back then for the death of those elves :( )
