What I love about this scene is that his micro expression which speaks alot.
Yin Fan probably never think that Cong Zi will marry anyone else or want to marry anyone else, but in that moment when she decides to "marry" Wang Yue, it's like his fears magnified inside him because he did said before that his biggest fear is Cong Zi leaving him.
To be honest I love how he straight up come and snatches her away in the end because I love to see him losing his cool when it comes to expressing his love for Cong Zi.
I know it hurts him each time when Cong Zi refuse him when he asked her Cong Zi to leave/return with him . And he said that a few times to her already.
But honestly I think this got to be my favourite trailer to date lol. I just hope that episode doesn't disappoint but will have to wait until Tuesday to find out and I'm looking forward to it!
P.S. I noticed his eyes is red , that IMO is very good micro expressions on his acting there!
A lot of those votes came from ppl who dropped the show early on (in the first arc) and they gave a very low score…
The only saving grace in Miss the Dragon is the second leading characters , second pairing and even the bromance in there is better than the main pairing for me but I do agree that this drama TJOCZ doesn't deserve this rating though.
I am hoping that by the end of this drama it gets at least an 8. I haven't rated the drama yet since I am waiting until it finish before rating it.

I didn't like the ML (Bai Zi Hua) in Journey of the Flower but I love the ML (Yin Fan) in Journey of the Congzi.
I also didn't feel the love from BZH towards HQG(although I can from HQG on BZH), but when it comes to the main pairing in Journey of Congzi, I can feel both their love for each other and right from the beginning I did love how Yin Fan dotes on Cong Zi and is protective of her as well.
This is why for me I love the expressive love between the pairing (Yin Fan and Cong Zi) over HQG x BZH

After watching all the episodes, I can say that LYF is the worst character, which CZ reiterates in one episode…

To be honest I felt like Cong Zi being in that state that she was at, even if Yin Fan told her that he does love her it probably wouldn't serve the result that we would want because to her she probably see it as his empty words, in other words she wouldn't have believed that he meant what he said (he loves her).
I know she wanted him to say yes, when she asked if he ever love her, but I felt like Yin Fan going to her side when she asked him to, if Yin Fan did go to her side than his actions would have serve better than just words alone.
I know what you mean there "actions speaks louder than words", but for me I felt like if saying "yes" when she asked him if he ever love her, in that moment, I don't think she would have believed him given that she's in that state so instead of wasting at that moment, I rather it to be in a different situation if that makes sense. Besides to me what he said that he have been thinking about her every moment in those three years to me is a good confession for now.
There's just too many misunderstanding that she has on him at this stage. I honestly wish (for my side) Yin Fan will just go to her side and stay by her side to show her that through his actions. That's my wish but whether the writers will give it to me is another story ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

It was stated by Yunji that it's best to not see Cong Zi during these times, because seeing her, can stimulate his desire he has for Cong Zi.
Just like how you see in that scene when he was in a meditating state to cure his heart poison and trying to master the heart mirror spell but when Cong Zi came in to see him, he can't control himself where his heart poison (which stems from his desire for her) activates.
So him not seeing her comes from several reasons put together (1) Mu Yu did add to the point when he said to him the more he shows his affection and protection for Cong Zi in front of his shixiong, the more Cong Zi will be targeted. Honestly I didn't like what Mu Yu said to Yin Fan (even when he does have a point since it was manipulative which lead to his plan to create that misunderstanding between them ), but from Yin Fan eyes, he did see a point in this because what Mu Yu said somewhat does hold some truth as well... So he thought that not seeing her during this time was his way to protect her from them (2) In his eyes, he had it all planned where Cong Zi is sealed and is in a deep sleep where it was stated that she will fall into a painLESS dream and he also set up that barrier to protect her from it inside that barrier (of course this can be an inconsistency here if his barrier can be broken off by a low rank immortal, we can blame the script writers for that... But I see it more as that have to happen because they need to push her down that path).
This is also the reason why I believe that Yin Fan didn't want to take the antidote pill to cure him of his heart poison.. some may see that as his stupidity, but for me, I see it that is because as he said, Cong Zi is going through and is suffering more than him, so to him, he didn't want her to suffer in this process alone, in other words, he is willing to suffer or go through this suffering during this time with her. I actually find that romantic to be honest.
The reason why he hasn't perfected the heart mirror skill in these 3 years yet, he did say that in these 3 years he haven't stopped thinking about her in every moment, so my guess is that when his mind has her , he can't calm his heart in thinking about her, so it is hard for him to concentrate and perfect the heart mirror spell , because he's affected by the heart poison on his end (my guess anyways from what I've gathered).
I know it is OOC that he doesn't go see her or keep tabs on her to ensure if anything happens to her he can go to her but then if he did , we probably wouldn't have Cong Zi walked down that path that she did. So him not seeing her , not knowing any of this is the only way for Cong Zi to embrace her demonic side due to the misunderstanding where she thinks her Shi Fu doesn't care for her at all. As a fan I honestly wish it was done differently in this but from looking at that angle I get why it needed to happen like that.
At least Yin Fan had shown me that he had tried to protect her the best he could. At least he had showed me that it is still within his personality that if he knew all this had happened to her in these 3 years he wouldn't have let it happened to her at all.
"He confessed to her every three years and his heart hurts too" <- I think that is referencing to his feelings how he knows that she is trapped in the ice prison waiting for him and yet he have not yet master the heart mirror spell yet, so he can't go see her yet. Since before he left her in the deep sleep state, what he said to her implied that when she wakes up, the one she will see is him(but the him who is stronger enough to protect her from her evil energy) <-- how I interpret it anyways.
It was also stated that once he master the heart mirror spell than he will be able to cure his heart poison as well.
Under normal circumstances, it will be "either you kill me, or I kill you"
But when Chong Zi said to Yin Fan "either you kill me, or we die together".
I don't know about anyone but for me when Chong Zi(Demon Zi) said that about dying together is rather subtly romantic to me.. (just saying), just something I picked up when watching that episode again.
Of course not saying I want a sad ending since I still root for a happy ending where they can live and be happy together (after everything they been through)!!
The way they whitewashed LYF, I can`t seem to hate him for so long. I`m upset at his stupidity and indecisiveness…
