Yeah I felt the same about the graveyard one that was why I was really upset and need to share and let it out.

I honestly wish more will feel and understand why we are upset about these scenes being deleted. We are upset and disappointed because we love and care for the actors and production team hardwork who originally had plans to show us the original version 😢

I will just treat this part as their actual ending on my side. I really hope they will release all the deleted scenes even if we have to collect it as crumbs but at least we get to see it and not left in the dark like that.

Like you, I am also glad we got the kiss under the firework scene that was really beautiful to see it was Wei Wei initiating the kiss. That was the third time he did it. Second time was that kiss under water. Have you seen the BTS to that? There was so many shots on that one and my favourite was when Wei Wei wrapped his legs around Chi Cheng to pull him in for that kiss 😍

Aww you're welcome. I am also glad I have you to talk to about this and letting out our emotions since I know what its like as well despite we tried to stay positive but it is true and we have the right to feel disappointed when we found out these things. I also need to let it out as well when I saw it. If I do find any other deleted scenes or clips(like the graveyard onel released I will share in here so at least you guys can see it even if it is just clips.

Although I really wish they would just release the box set with the deleted scenes and uncut version. We will definitely buy it on our side.

Back then I thought we will get more but sadly we never got another passionate kiss like that between them 😭

You know what makes me sad is that in the final episode there were 2 situations where I felt like Chi Cheng and Wei Wei could have kissed.

The first was when they were playing the water battle, where you see them leaning in, but the kiss never came as it was transitioned to the next scene.

Second was that final scene when they were back in Wei Wei's family house... before I knew what was deleted when I watched that scene for the first time I was really praying we would get one last kiss here.... I was even at the point that I will be okay if it was just a peck(and you know me before all that I wanted one last passionate kiss between them!! 😭), but in the end we got nothing. If Wei Wei gave Chi Cheng a kiss(as a peck) and then calls him husband and lean in to hug him and said "I have a home now", that would have been the perfect ending for me... how they ended like that I still remember my initial reaction to when the credit roll was "I am disappointed 💔".

I mean I don't need another NC scene if they can't give us that (but if they could that would be nice!) But with how that ending ended, it isn't closure but there is a hole in my heart making me wanting more(not satisfied).

I mean even Chengyu and Xiaoshuai get to have one last kiss, I love this couple too but it just makes me feel bitter that our main pairing can't share 1 last kiss between them! 😭

When I found out they deleted that scene where Wei Wei and Chi Cheng visited We Wei parents grave, I was really 💔 If they didn't want to give us another kiss and have Wei Wei call Chi Cheng husband in the drama 💔 because they obviously deleted it.... then I would have forgive them if after that scene when Wei Wei hugged Chi Cheng by saying "I have a home now", if they have that graveyard scene from what was leaked.. I would have been content because that at least was better in terms of closure since both Chi Cheng and Wei Wei said to Wei Wei parents they will be happy from now on...

I really hope there will be news saying they will release the uncut version because even if i have to pay to get the box set I will be cause I need this! 😭😭

I hate the situation this drama was put into and I hate those because "certain parties" got involved because they think they knew better and ruined all the actors and production hard work like that.

They really should have just released all episode at once. Since nothing is guaranteed despite they promised us a version where censorship wouldn't touch this drama. And this is also why I also felt that not getting too popular can be a blessing in diguise.

If they had foreseen this and dropped all episode in one yo instead of dragging 1 ep every Mon and Tue then perhaps we would have gotten the original intended version of the story 😭😭

I also hope one day, no matter what they will release the uncut version and we get to see this drama without these last minute changes 😭😭

I read someone that says way back then, the government didn't care at first about BL drama being aired in China, but it is those toxic and some paid haters that disrupts the public like that is why they banned or to limit the potential of it getting too popular in that sense you can see how it turns out.

From what I know it was never really the cpf(couple fan), they tend to stay in their own lane, and protect and wish both sides happy but it is usually the solo fans and those paid haters that attack one side of the pair, and that example of the whole Yizhan and the A03 incident was not due to couple fans, it was those solo / toxic fans that reported it that ruined it for everyone simply when it was only based on fanfiction....

No matter how it turned out, they still have its good moments that we came to love. And you're not alone in this. Those who care about this drama and the actors hard work feels the same. I hope you feel better soon 🫂

To be honest, hard not to for those rooting for the 2nd couple at first because towards the second half of the story when Chi Cheng and Wei Wei got back together, it feels like something changed in them where their relationship is more presented in a more gentle and sweet manner.

Although for me I have always loved the main couple since the beginning, but seeing how people come to slowly love Chi Cheng over time just makes me happy because Chi Cheng deserves to be love ❤️

CJD lied as well when she said there will be no cut or scenes deleted, that whole thing about "for better viewing experience" was just her cover up and deleting scenes in the last minute when the episodes was put on pause after WS came into the picture

Yup yup, I honestly wouldn't mind and wish they had cut out the Wang Brothers scenes for more ChengWei and Dou Dou scenes.

The scene you love, I also love too. I love how Chi Cheng pulled him in for a hug, but what I love the most is how Wei Wei didn't like it when Chi Cheng thanked him.

For me, I love the Dou Dou scene where he slept over at Chi Cheng and Wei Wei house. That scene feels so wholesome that make me laugh. I find it so adorable how Chi Cheng got jealous of Dou Dou 🤣

And what's so funny here is Chi Cheng thought that Wei Wei would give in when he turned his back and slept with his back facing him but when Wei Wei just slept hugging Dou Dou, Chi Cheng literally turned back around calling his name at a disbelief and ended being the one who gave in to Wei Wei and decided to hug him where Dou Dou got squish in the middle 🤣🤣

Chi Cheng is really a man of his words, next morning he really sends Dou Dou back to his sister 🤣🤣

I can watch that scene on repeat lol. They felt like a married family with Dou Dou being their child in that scene 🥰🥰

I know right, it gave me the same feeling too..all those clips 😭😭 and that quote at the end of the MV where they both replied "back to the past" when they both were asked that a question "go back to the past, or to the future", and when they said that back to the past really makes me feel like they are someone who cherish these past memories and their time in the past 😭😭🩵🩵
