Oh man, hahaha, am I the only one who is really loving Tian Qi (Jing Yuan) character in this second life? hahaha. I mean, I don't ship him and Shang Gu / Houchi but I love how he is like wooing her and his chemistry with her, although what I love most is, Tian Qi (Jing Yuan), is being tsundere towards Bai Jue / Qing Mu. I love the scene where he told Zi Han "When did I said I want to kill him", and then when Zi Han tried to prove that he did said it before, Tian Qi used a spell on him to silence him hahaha. I really love the bromance between Bai Jue and Tian Qi to be honest, and I am enjoying Tian Qi being in the picture now to make Qing Mu jealous. I know deep down he still cares for him (that's why I said I love their bromance). I hope they get their proper confrontation when Qing Mu fully regain his memories and become Bai Jue again, and I hope Tian Qi (Jing Yuan) won't die, because I really like him now
I want to see Qing Mu regain his memories, hope he does soon (since I am slowly catching up now, because I wanted to wait for a few episodes before watching this), it's hard to say, I love Qing Mu like this now, but at the same time, I miss the old him (Bai Jue) as well.

Might as well, since I am not a fan of Jiang Wu (lol). I didn't like how he purposely provoke Mo Qing to push him further out of control. In the drama they made his character sympathetic, but by that time, I don't feel sympathy for him anymore for what he's done to Mo Qing prior to this.

Thanks for the link there, was a certain scene cut out from this fan edit? Because I remember in the original, before the final boss fight with the Gold Diety, Mo Qing lost control to his demons and became fully possessed and hurt his friends in Wan Lu Ming, and then Zhao Yao came back and told the others to leave, and then she held onto him and teleported to someplace, but then after that scene, in the original(not fan edit), we didn't get to see the possessed Mo Qing and Zhao Yao fight each other, it just got transitioned to the scene where Mo Qing was unconscious and lying on the bed, and when he woke up, he confirmed his demon essence is no more... (That part didn't make sense to me when I was watching it since I don't know what happened in between), but from the Fan Edit one, that seems to be opted out?

I see, I guess that's why the bastard of the Gold Diety came back made no sense to me, would have been best if he died back then though. But I guess, in the end, it is what it is, you either love it or hate it. For me, I don't regret watching this drama though because it made me love the actor Xu Kai more from this one but I do think the remaining episodes felt so out of place with the editing and sequence that makes it so hard to watch.
Now, I finally understand why people (who watched it) said the editing and cutting is so crappy, because hell yeah it was, such a shame because I do love this drama and the main pairing chemistry though. I was confused with the last few episodes, especially the final episode..... but looks like (to me) there's two alternate ending based on the character choice... eitherway, to me, its a happy ending... despite I honestly wish the producers handled editing this drama with tender care in editing and cutting of the episodes without having a chunk or an entire episode missed out!!
So, people who starts on this drama, I suggest watching this in Viki since its the ONLY site I know where its the uncut version when compared to the other sites...

Did I miss an episode or something?" Urgh.
