To shed some light, already commented this elsewhere, but here it is again. This is my take on the situation.

I think one of the reason why Chi Cheng is upset when he found out what Wei Wei sacrificed for him is because he didnt want Wei Wei to sacrifice anything for him. He only want to spoil & be the one to give Wei Wei good things and not be the one to take those things away from him that is why Chi Cheng was hurt because he knows that house meant a lot to Wei Wei yet he sold it because he wants to save Chi Cheng.

Wei Wei actions shows his love and devotion for Chi Cheng.

Chi Cheng, "I hate you" was more in reflect of how much he didn't want Wei Wei to sacrifice those things for him because he cares and love Wei Wei so much. He doesn't hate Wei Wei(as a person), because if he did, he wouldn't have went back to the cell (since he didn't want Wei Wei to see him cry), he was hurting, but even though he carried these emotions of hurt(of what Wei Wei sacrificed), and you can see he was silently crying, yet, he continue to eat the food because Wei Wei told him he needs to eat, shows he really puts Wei Wei's words at heart ❤️

Is it really that hard to understand why Chi Cheng said "I hate you"? I honestly cannot believe there are people in the comments in here who actually blames Chi Cheng for saying that or misunderstood how he actually really feels.

Yes, I get it, I was 💔 when Chi Cheng said "I hate you", but I immediately understood why he said it.

And if you see how he was afterwards, in the cell silently crying, you can tell that the person he hates is not Wei Wei but himself for being the reason why Wei Wei sold the house which he knows Wei Wei cherish on his side. He only felt that way because he loves Wei Wei so much. He wants to be the one to spoil and give Wei Wei those good things, he doesn't want to be the one to take things away from Wei Wei. He even said it, he prefer Wei Wei to sell their house(under his name) rather than the house that was given to him by Wei Wei parents. He is okay to be the one to sacrifice and be the one to give in this relationship. That is why he let Wei Wei manage their finances(money) because he loves to be the one give, not take.

I said this yesterday, so I will paste it again in here. Which is a summarized version of what I already said above.
Please stop doubting Chi Cheng's love, he loves Wei Wei.⬇️⬇️⬇️

P.S. i dont think it is hard to understand given the situation that what he hated wasn't Wei Wei but what the situation Wei Wei was presented in and what he sacrificed for Chi Cheng, that "I hate you" was not meant as "I hate you" in the surface but it has a lot of layers and you can understand it if you understand Chi Cheng perspective.

And that ending part I can really feel Chi Cheng emotions on how hurt he felt and when he cried yet he continue to eat the food because Wei Wei told him he needs to eat, shows he really puts Wei Wei's words at heart ❤️

Yesterday's episode was really painful tbh.

I forgot to mention yesterday, as much as I don't want to see WS and WZ again but I did liked how it feels like WS has moved on and I especially love how Wei Wei is no longer affected by WS at all or by his return like he did before the breakup, because this really highlights that he and Chi Cheng relationship has evolved to something stronger that no ex will cause a rift between them anymore.

They now have that trust and understanding like any healthy couple would in this area, imo.

I love how Wei Wei got back at WS by saying that about him not being the biological son and WS reaction to that was hilarious.

How did you get this info? Is this legit?

My heart for the final episode and I am honestly worried how it will all end 😭

Because it is the only way to prove to Chi Cheng's family how much he is willing to sacrifice to save and free Chi Cheng, how much Chi Cheng means to Wei Wei for him to sacrifice something that is very precious to Wei Wei (the house that holds a lot of memory he has with his parents), and how much Wei Wei loves Chi Cheng to do all that for him. Like he said to Chi Cheng, he only wants Chi Cheng and all these money is meaningless if Chi Cheng is not by his side.

It is really powerful to show how much Wei Wei loves Chi Cheng though. I was very touched by his actions. I think if Chi Cheng parents know about how this is all Wei Wei sacrifice for Chi Cheng, they will be touched too or see Wei Wei as someone worthy to be with Chi Cheng. I felt like if he borrowed money from his JXS or GCY, it will kinda diminish the effect if that makes sense.

When GCY told Wei Wei that it is not appropriate to see Chi Cheng now...

I am like, "no, stop!!! Don't say that!!, I want to see my ChengWei scenes!! We need to make the most out of it you know"!!! 😭😭

I know especially when they keep reducing the length of the episodes!! 😭😭 I want to see Chi Cheng and Wei Wei together and happy again and I was hoping to see them kiss passionately one last time before the ending!!!!!!!! 😭😭💔💔
