To answer your question, in the end, Tian Qi's feelings was love for Yuemi. In
addition to this, there is also regret at the same time because he regret that he realized his feelings for her too late.

But it is without a doubt that in ALP, Tianqi does care and value Yuemi on his end. Even after her "death" he never forgot about her.

Her death really hurted him the most and he hated Wuhuan because she was the one who killed her.

I would like to add something from someone who have also watched ALP. Since I found this significant to show their relationship on my end.

May I add the part that while it is true that TianQi realized his feelings too late to reciprocate Yuemi's love, but when Tian Qi was going against the god realms for his reasons(which I won't go into detail, but you know as you have seen ALP), Shang Gu had reached out to Tian Qi in person to have him return back to the God Realm, but her words wasnt able to reach him, but when Yuemi tried on her end, TianQi actually listened in the end and was about to turn back until Wu Huan fired that arrow at Tianqi which in the end killed Yuemi because she protected him on her end.

Maybe no one have noticed it, but just something like this really shows me how much Tian Qi values Yuemi on his end even before he realized his own feelings.

Their backstory was so sad this is why they really, truly deserve their happy ever after in this one!!! and it needs to be a satisfying one to make up for their backstory 😭😭

What she said there felt like a symbolic meaning, the stars is Xing Yue(Yuemi)whereas the moon is Jing Yuan(Tian Qi), and how she said "as long as the world remains, the stars and moon remain, so shall we", is like a symbolic to their identity as Divine beings (True God Jing Yuan/Tian Qi and Goddess Xing Yue/Yuemi, since they live as long as the world exists.

I felt like when Bai Shuo said those words, they were also words coming subconsciously from her pre awaken state (Xing Yue/Yuemi) too.

I love them so much too so I really hope they get their deserved happy ending at the end!!
