I am fine if it is a mix of both, Jing Yuan with complete memories of both his past and his time as FY.
I love FY so much I just don't want to ultimately lose this side to him if that makes sense, since for me I've always seen them as the same person (but FY doesn't have JY memories yet).

I think it was all planned by Qi Feng before he went back to the Cold Spring Palace for his revenge on ZY.
Just like how he prepared the final message to FY in that secret chamber.
QF knew that there is a high chance he won't be able to get out alive but he was planning to take ZY with him, either that or die trying.
So what I think is before he return to the cold spring palace, QF did something on his end where he make it that when he dies, the stone clan will be freed from the insects control, as one of the condition, if he managed to survive, then I believe he will freed them personally himself because in the end he had forgiveness and his final message left to FY was forgiveness and that he was sorry for these wrong things. So sad.
The pill had nothing to do with his memory loss in that arc...
He lost his memories because it was the backlash of his altering the fate of and saving the baby in the resentment realm . So that affected the time and events that happened in the past...

So when Jing Yuan "entered" into FY, maybe it was because Jing Yuan is "dead", that happened around the same time when FY lost his memories. So when Jing Yuan is fully awaken, I think FY and JY memories will be merged and become one.
I just honestly hope that when that happens, Jing Yuan will still be the same FY that we love but it is just him in his True God form.

The new girl is impersonating Xing Yue(when shes not). Xing Yue is BS goddess identity.
Problem is FY is slowly gaining back parts of his memories as True God Jing Yuan and in his vision he saw a woman in the past but cannot see her face.
Because this bitch is impersonating the real Xing Yue, she is making up all these lies and said that JY and her is a couple (when it isn't true).
Bai Shuo is jealous ofcourse but FY did console her during those times and told her that she is the only one he ever loves.
For me, I just wish Fan Yue saw the woman in Jing Yuan flashback clearly, but I get why they have it this way since it did add to the angst but at the same time it also shows how FY handle the situation on his end.
I believe our pairing will be alright, but the angst is real though so it is better to be prepared than not prepared. Despite these angst there's still some loveable moments in tonights episodes between our main leads and other side characters.
