can anyone tell me without giving spoilers how many lifetimes there are in this and which episodes are which lifetimes?
There are 3 main lifetimes according to Xianxia standard and 1 extra one. The lifetimes are categorized into arcs.

The first one is the immortal arc: EP 1-19
The second one is the demon arc: EP 20-middle of 29
Mortal arc: Mid-29 till 33.

We get bonus arc/lifetime, i.e. the modern world. We got a glimpse of it in the first episode, and in the last 10 minutes of episode 33.

Title Tell Me What You Saw Spoiler
FUCK HOW IS EVERYONE LETTING HIM GO ... it's mindboggling .. like okay you wanna kill him and you wanna kill him…
I also thought the same. Why let him go? I get the police force was covering their ass, but the Ml and the team leader were so stupid. Then, came the death of Detective Yang. Even till the end, we didn't hear them tell the masses he was the killer. It was an 8.5 for me at the start, by the time I finished, I was finding it hard to drop to a 6 cos I wanted to go lower.

When will they unite? Is there any misunderstandings between them after their union?
It becomes official at EP 15. However, they get together physically and soulfully at 13. They just didn't address the situation and continued being lovey-dovey till the official thing in 15.

When do the other arcs start? I'm on ep 17
Demon arc starts towards the end of EP 19, and mortal arc starts towards the end of EP 29.

how did this drama do internationally? Sadly, I found it by chance, which means there hasn't been much about it…
It did well since so many tuned in while it was airing. So many people were talking about it across various platforms - here, Twitter, you name it. More people are tuning in cos of the daily posts on various channels. The ratting should also be an indicator, as you can compare it to dramas that aired around the same time as this. WDBTD is on a much higher level. Now is the cooling period as a lot of people who are done are checking out other things or rewatching the drama (yes, it just ended, but a lot of people are rewatching). Furthermore, not everyone is done with it... Youku is still dropping episodes on YouTube and Viki too on their platform.

Ep. 15 SmJ: Then, tell me. What do you like to do most?LTY: Hmmm... mō yú.SmJ: Mo yu?LTY: you don't know what…
He was so confident acting like he understood what Mo Yu meant. It was giving that ‘Playstore’ scene in The Goblin.

The way she side-eyed him made me laugh.

The first ép wasn't good for me either but I liked it the more I watched
Wow. Everyone keeps saying first episode wasn’t good but it was one of my faves. If I had hated the first one, continuing would have been hard. Obviously, Ep 5 was where I got hooked. But Ep 1 has my heart.

https://vm.tiktok.com/ZSHt9fsD1TrLQ-iA1Qp/The rings inspired from WDBTDI think I saw a comment searching for this…
I already screenshot we their rings. I ain’t settling for the typical engagement rings. It doesn’t have to look like theirs but it will be like it. Either use jade or my birth stone.

plz gimme some spoilers-when do the main couple get together?is there any breakup/misunderstanding- if so how…
They get chummy with eo very early, even sleeping on the same bed. And this is from Ep 5. By 7-8, they had their first kiss, though she was not awake and he did it to transfer his blood to her. After that they still slept on the same bed and were kinda close to eo.

They had their next kiss in Ep 13. Damn, was it sensual. Though they did the deed soul-wise, they didn’t address the situation, but it was obvious they were closer than ever. Kissing, hugging, doing their thing, and going everywhere together. She also pretty much was catching feelings from her thoughts. SJ seemed to know what she thinks but was avoidant.

As for official togetherness and the talk, it was around 16. That was where they talked the talk and she called him her boyfriend. After that, they were pretty much a married couple even with the angst.

They never broke up, just separated due to circumstances. The first time was her disappearing, the second was him. Every time they reunited, they never waste time getting together.

As for the ending, it is kinda happy. Keep in mind that this is a transmigration story, so they will meet in the modern world.

I was so emotional because of these lines at the end🥹...."Every lonely journey ends in fated encounter""Thank…
They really are. They must have seen the support the drama has garnered through its run.

This is what I have been saying since the start. I like how they gave SJ emotions. I have watched series with…
🤣😂😂😂😂 After this, I am definitely going into a Cdrama slumber if nothing better comes up. I have seen posters and trailers of all the upcoming releases of big name dramas both on Youku and other platforms. However, their trailers and synopsis do not move me at all.

Why can't they bypass the restriction by making 3-4 short episodes as a sequel which occurs in modern world and…
The actors will be the ones to face the backlash once antis of the actors and the drama itself get the handle. They might even get blacklisted. China don’t joke with their rules. Unless there is a lift of the ban, I will take what they give since that is what I expect.

I can't wait. Totally waiting to see what the mortal arc will do with their relationship. It is quite good all the EPs will drop today.

This. I am already rewatching as I wait for the last few EPs. The team behind this did their thing to be honest. They made a Xianxia so watchable. Tbh, he has so many quotes that made me clap, and the way he says them? In a soft and expressive manner. This way, you are able to feel what he is saying.

The second paragraph sums up why I love LTY. I hate when a FL doesn't understand the MLs plight, especially after a series of sufferings. I understand if one is skeptical at first by the motive. However, after so much, even the ones you witness, you want to tell me you still don't see you have to take his side. LTY gives him that silent support and is there to warm his heart after he is battle worn.

Futhermore, they talk! See the one in EP 27. After the whole ordeal, one of them did not pull away to blame themselves but...they talked about their situation, the state of the realm with their current identities, and how to navigate all that. Thank God it is both CFY and WYL that took the roles.

This mortal king arc looks fun, they should have shorten the devil arc and extend this part instead
I feel the celestial arc is what they should have shortened. 19 episodes feel quite long, and they didn't even get the main villain. Like, cut 2 episodes...then, add them to the mortal arc. The episode count of the demon arc is perfect.
