He is one of the pretty good actors within his age range. It is also correct to say he is a better actor than most big names older than him. He is also one of the few that can build chemistry with his co-stars. Watch Lighter & Princess. Though it is a modern drama, it is quite on the realistic side.

This is what I have been saying since the start. I like how they gave SJ emotions. I have watched series with powerful MLs, and they only serve cold face and pretty angles. This makes the series get boring after a second rewatch, since the film is off my eyes and I can now watch more critically.
CFY knows how to express himself, and it is not just the eyes like most actors do. And with this series, he perfected it. Maybe that break from the industry was for good, cos he came back better with this one.
I also have to give WYL her 10s cos she knows how to land that comedic timing. It was that way with I am Nobody and here, it is even better. And yeah, her facial expressions are so good too. When she is clueless, when she is in love, when she is shy, when she is sad, everything just shows well on her face. She is moving up to my good actress list, and I am looking at her upcoming projects. They seem good.
It is not about remembering her, this might not happen till the last episode. It is the pacing of their relationship. He is still very much on guard as at 31.
HAHAHA... TTEOM was actually on the tamer side. For me, it gets to a point I start questioning the goal of a character and that is how the FL lost me. You see how Tingyan supported SJ here and didn't try to change him or kill him if he doesn't change? That was what I expected from the FL in TTEOM, and we got that ending. When I saw the ending, I just hissed and moved onto the next show.
It is the same problem with LBFAD. Like, if you can not sympathize with your love who could get killed if he does not protect himself, you do not deserve their love.
love and redemption was a top notch …. the anguish was 100000 🤧
Seeeee...it gets to a point, you have to rethink your love. How he kept pinning for the same woman that would leave him the moment something is whispered in her ears amazes me. He was stupid to the core. This is why I find it hard to rewatch the show even thugh it is one of the good ones.
