But many people already know FX is a prince from S1 and the fathers hinted it in EP 11. And like OP, we all wanna know if they will reveal it this season.

They showed them in season 1 and I don't think they are late in this season. 1st prince's mom is the strong lady that fed FX a big bowl of rice while 2nd prince's mom is the book lover who was awkward with FX. They might not be part of the cast list this season as they aren’t that important. It's just like how we didn’t get the empress in season 1.

She didn’t really look like she was crying happy tears in that scene. Plus, there will be hands on her shoulder (possibly her mom, the royal princess). I think they will have an intense conversation.

I haven’t watched the recent 2 episodes. Wanna start now. But I am not surprised to hear he asked second prince to beg FX for forgiveness. I just want to see what led to him doing so. And from what I have read previously, they end up as friends in the book.

It is only a silly person that will see what EP has seen since he returned to the capital and think, well, let me mess with FX. From the first day they met, things have been really chaotic around FX and he seems to scale through it all.

The first time they met, FX was not backing down to let him enter the city first that the CP had to be the middle man and bring them both in. Then, FX joined their family dinner after he had been caned for overstepping. The Emperor kept wanting to know things from FX while just asking him just one thing. And even the way FX relates with the Emperor is just peculiar. After the whole bustle and the Emperor punishing FX for accusing the 2nd, the canned man stood up and walked fine. 😂😂😂😂😂 The beating was all an act...meaning that they were fooled to believe he was caned. Something is sus.

He must have also seen that both CP and 2nd are fighting for FX to be their man. Plus he has CPP and the Overwatch behind him. Ohhhh, that court scene and the elders allowing him do what he wants.

It's actually the first time I have seen the 2nd prince infuriated. Even when the world is falling, he stays unbothered. He was smart to not bring up the Moon Pavilion cos it might backfire big time.

Never knew there would be a day when Fan Sizhe's scene would make me cry, but here we go. I didn’t even know when the tears started falling. FX is right that it takes a moment for one to change. He knew he messed up big time. That pavilion problem must have shaken him to the core. Imagine trying to do what you love best (in his case make money) and it turned into a means where others would you use against your father who you look up to and the rest of your family. It would make you feel worthless and that every thing you touch goes sour. I could sense reality kicking in EP 5 when he had that deep talk with his mum and stayed quiet in his room after FX told him to do so.

I am so glad the dad told him those words, he really needed it. You could see how it made him happy. Also, kudos to his mum for always agreeing with FX, cos it is hard for any mom to just let their son go just cos their stepson suggested it.

This. He has been shooting series back to back plus other schedules. Even now, he is shooting his new series. So, if he can’t join, it is okay. If the story doesn’t warrant they change his character, he can be replaced. Hell, his scenes in S1 were so little.
