Sure. As per my description, i suggested to vote for the first drama that hooked you to dramaland instead of the…
i haven't watched that movie. i have just recently completed The Case for Itaewon Murder for which he played a role in it, and i am purposefully keeping the happier ones to be watched later since they are very healing to me, LOL. that one, also Baby and Me.
this guy? yeah i happened to watch him in Partners for Justice 2, he had an important role there and i definitely took notice of him. but i have watched only that one drama of his and not anything else. not sure what else is good?
about JKS, damn. yeah sadly, discovered him so late. but it feels great to discover him in his 30s actually when he's already completed the military service because he seemed healthier and happier (since the news of his persistent mental health condition was made known). he's no longer with the previous agency that was caught with the tax evasion scandal and is not overworking himself, nor wants to do that anymore. was it the first radio interview he did, that he said he now realised that he can let go of many things and not try to be a control freak in every aspect of his career. as you may know he has always worn multiple hats for his showcases or concerts like planning, stage designing etc.
i also get super touched when hearing his acceptance speech on SBS Drama Awards 2016 when he won for his role in The Royal Gambler. he said that he kept thinking as he approaches his 30s, whether his view on life, and acting was correct and that drama gave him the answer for that. now he understood why he needed to continue acting, and he's more conscious than ever. he's been reading scripts to sleep since he was discharged from MS and yet he hasn't confirmed a drama. i respect him so much for it but gahhh, i am impatiently waiting...!!!
Thanks for this review, really well written and you cover the most important points! I might watch the drama Seo Yeong My Daughter for Park Hae Jin before i decide whether i wanna start this. Thanks a bunch. ❤
Surprised more didn't vote for World of the Married for this particular topic "most buzzworthy k-dramas of the…
can't exactly pinpoint it, but i think people have a tendency to vote for shows they have indeed watched (and liked). so maybe it's the case where not as many people have seen WOTM compared to the other shows.
First Kdrama: Boys over flowers (no me gusta, dropped it)First kdrama I liked and finished: Cunning Single Lady…
Seo Kang Joon, what can i add. his gorgeous brown eyes are so enchanting, i was truly mesmerized. i haven't watched this drama. i'll remember to watch it for him, thanks. ^^
Might be that I'm missing something. But isn't Ji Chang Wook already commercially successful?
Yeah he's definitely raking up a lot of expensive ads which i think more to it has got to do with his gorgeous face. I think he's a global ambassador for Calvin Klein.
But in terms of acting projects, his dramas are flopping so i think that's what people understood when voting him. More of it stems from not choosing better script, compared to others who are not kings of commercials yet didn't get voted here.
daebak!!! outstanding stalker guide article. i am very interested in her movies that you have listed. phenomenal actress who's really versatile. you hooked me when you included a line that said, "she was offered one role in The Classic but persuaded the director to let her act both roles, despite being a rookie". damn i've not heard of anyone else like her. also the line when she told Gong Hyo Jin that she'll act until she's a grandma. fckin incredible. a true A-type personality LOL.
also, is it a coincidence that her father is a Marine Corps, and Hyun Bin is too? damn, we are awaiting another very powerful celebrity married couple in the making.
thanks so much for all the great movie recommendations. i hardly watch movies, always dramas only but her movies i am now convinced i must see. i have only watched her in Personal Taste and CLOY.
Wish someone would make an extensive guide like this for Ha Ji Won, Kim Hye Soo and other phenomenal actresses.
I could never forget falling for my first crush lee seung gi almost 12 years ago when i first saw him in brilliant…
is the dramas' alternative title Shining Inheritance? the one with Han Hyo Joo and Moon Chae Won? i just checked out the drama page and looked quite interesting. sadly it has 28 episodes LOL. i even feel tired tryna finish 16 episodes.
