I binge watched this and am glad I found this gem.
Yes. Don’t forget the good cook part cos that is a rare combination ;) The way she handles work crisis effectively with IQ and EQ is admirable. She’s gentle yet firm with resolve once she has decided. No wishy-washy FL here.
Is it just me, or is gao hanyu's acting super rigid in this show? I've watched other things he's in and his acting…
IMO I think he acted well and fit the character to be portrayed here. Supposed to be someone who don't do casual chat especially since 8 years old so awkwardness and nervousness is understandable. For him to try with FL's mother is a big step for him.
Nah the latter half of this drama is pissing me off. Kelan's mother is critically ill and Yu Hao is too busy sulking…
Both FL and ML have issues, FL's dad (& grandparents) passed away in an accident while she went away on holiday so in her current emotional state she would feel guilt if she continues being in love. What strengthens her resolve was seeing him with his ex at the office working together. For ML i think he has serious abandonment issues due to his mum and ex-gf. It wasn't easy for him to let someone into his heart and it's understandable his uncle feels anger on his behalf just like FL's best friend feels anger on her behalf. Being in a relationship isn't easy and if there are third parties involved its even worse.
If you've watched xianxia dramas before, a definite Yes. Otherwise, maybe you can read the reviews before deciding. Can also read older comments. I tend to do that before investing my time on a drama.
Wasn't aware of this video, curiosity made me click and now I can't unsee it.. Ugh... don't know how I feel (or even how Harry & Ron would feel about this).
Well hopefully the selection of cast getting really good response hopefully someone would like to invest in the…
Lol.... we can all dream about it.... Maybe the expensive cast is willing to do it if it's only one movie and as a tribute to the HP franchise. There's always hope of it happening, hopefully before our favourite cast retires from showbiz.
Just came across this article and love your choices. If you can come up with a kdrama version, that'll be interesting to read (and imagine it happening too)...
Same here... I even tried picking up recently after dropping so many times previously, still unable to continue. ML's character is an ass, product placement is not subtly done, etc...
I’m lazy to rewatch all over again so just watching YouTube clips which are funny, memorable and makes me smile like a fool. This is one of them - https://youtu.be/okK3KGB9KFE
To those who’ve watched the drama, this video clip is for you to shed a few tears remembering the scene. That one last parting look, the pain and anguish shown by CY & LL. Great acting by all here - https://youtu.be/olDslWjUckI (no subs here but with all the rewatching I’m sure we remember the dialogue and lyric of song playing in the background).
