Agree with your comment. I can empathise with FL because that is how I felt with my mum. I think those who are so judgemental are really fortunate to have healthy parents and supportive relatives/friends who they can rely on 24x7 so will not be able to empathise much with what the FL’s character is going through.

Agree with you but I still rated it a 9 cos I think at least 2/3 of the drama deserves that. Wouldn't say the ending is too bad but made the drama less enjoyable for me. I'd probably skip them when re-watching.

I enjoyed this but tbh the excitement wanes off towards the end for me too. I still rated it a 9 cos I think I'd re-watch (especially front 2/3 of the drama).

When i watch the drama, i think it made sense and scriptwriter put a lot of thoughts into the challenges a couple in a mature relationship face based on the characters of the MC. However, certain parts may not be too obvious probably due to subs not being able to fully convey the meaning.
ML is a demanding boss, perfectionist and a workaholic. When he got together with FL I think he wanted her to realise her own potential and live up to it. Also, to him, the only way for them to be together all the time is only if he involves her in everything work related. Meanwhile FL is more of a family oriented person with mother as her first priority (her dad died due to an accident while she was away on holiday and not contactable, hence her panic attack when the same thing happen while she was on the plane to attend the important meeting).
When ML realises about FL's mother in hospital, he focused on trying to salvage the damage to the company (due to the advise of his ex). FL did rush to the company to see if she could help out but seeing that ML already has someone helping him she felt she is of no use to him and maybe ML requires a partner with work efficiency which she realise she is unable to provide cos she nearly lost her mum trying to be that.

Agree. I re-watched and came back here. Kinda sad to see the rating did not go any higher from the time I last visited.

Hahaha... if you're in the mature bucket then maybe the gaming part in the beginning may not seem interesting. When YT rejected JJ after the game competition he goes through a period of his mundane (boring) life at work - I admit watching on fast forward for some of the parts there.
For me, I enjoyed watching the process of them getting together, then their life as a couple after they are together. Peaceful, no angst or hateful characters which made me swear or curse as I'm watching plus happy ending though I'd like some baby scene thrown in which this doesn't have. My drama needs are kinda simple. Btw, I like Happiness more than Soundtrack maybe due to the zombie/virus in the plot which makes it a little more exciting.

I'm anxiously waiting for drama to finish airing before I start watching but YouTube keeps tempting me with clips of their couple moments (some made me laugh and some made me tear up and their acting must be really good in order to invoke these feelings from just short clips). Anyway, I really hope this has a happy ending and not all likeable characters are killed off....

Maybe you're still young so this drama will seem kinda slow-moving. I liked watching kdrama Soundtrack and my daughter finds it too slow/boring even though it has only 4 episodes.
You can try to rewatch few years later and see if you'd enjoy it then.

This drama has one of the best parents-in-law moments.

Their intimate scenes made me feel like a perv watching. That's also why I have yet to let my teenage daughter watch with me. Its still Love O2O for her and we've been rewatching that for the past few years.

I've been shipping them for real after watching this drama and until now unable to get down from the ship. Have never felt that for other drama cp cos though some are good I know they're just acting.
Whereas for this two, most bts and their interactions seems to be genuine attraction/affection.

My sentiments exactly. It was disheartening to read strongly negative comments which made me wonder if we're watching the same drama.
I get it both ML & FL are very popular and have their share of fans/anti-fans but to review or comment harshly based on that instead of the drama is a discredit to the whole production team.

Agree. If I’m still single I probably can’t find anyone suitable enough to marry and end up as one of those obsessed fans who think they own their idols lol…

This is what we call blindly watching :). No understanding of plot or character required.

Agree with you on the last episode. From 36-47 I could still bear with it but this ending (final truck of doom moment) really killed it.
I think it's supposed to mean either ML died or in coma somewhere but FL still sees him via her dreams? The accident seems serious the way he was thrown and blood all over. Jeez.... made me scream inside and curse the scriptwriter for this nonsense and for spoiling my sweet couple moment cos they look so dorky cute together.
