He was paired with Chap in that one BL where they were boxers or whatever (the one with like 6 stories and everyone was named after a day of the week, Perth and Talay were in it too) and his acting was not good, so I think he's come a long way!

Yeah, this is for sure a "chemistry" show, not a plot show. It's big strengths are the art directing (camera shots, music, etc...) and the chemistry between the actors. Lots of emoting, well-placed music, cinematography. The story is pretty mundane actually, and, aside from the fact that these 6 leads all go to school together, their stories are pretty unrelated (so far).

Saen is rich, he can just fly back and forth to Japan, haha. Although, study abroad relationships are hard, and they barely know each other. Aii should just play the field in Japan, and then when he comes back to Thailand, he and Saen can get back together (that is the advice I have given to my actual friends in real life in that situation haha)

Honestly, I don't really think Thorn cares about basketball as such, I think he sees it as his connection to Tupfah. I think he was upset because he thought Fah was ignoring him, not because he is a ballhog. It's like their dynamic, the two of them versus the world.

I did see Oh, Mando, and everytime, I was like, "Don't fuck your sister's boyfriend!!!". I do the same for this show, haha, even though I love their arc, I scream it my TV everytime they get handsy!

I love that about them! I know some people think they are the boring couple, but Thorn just radiates love through his eyes every time! It's sooo sweet!

So true! Vee turned and looked up at Dome and dome was standing there and he was the central focus of the whole shot and it just me in my heart, like damn! I know some people have complained about the story, but the cinematography is effing amazing! All of Dome and Vee's shots have been like that!

Gawin crying, Sean talking to Black in his bedroom (basically crying), ugh, I'm a sucker for crying! So emotional! Another great episode! Also, I did not realize that Gawin was such a good actor. He gets to show so much more emotional range here than in Dark Blue Kiss (where he was basically just mad all the time)

Haha, yeah, the product placement was out of control in this ep! I still loved it overall, but it was too much

Whoa! The scenes with Vee and Dome were absolutely killer in this ep! It was like watching an art house gay flick about two guys slowly learning about their desires! All of the long shots across the way, on the track, at the park, and the on the stairs! Ugh, that last scene, when Vee is walking down the stairs and Dome is standing by the railing, I was not ready. It hit me hard!

Fah and Thorn's relationship is progressing, and I love the way it's going! Aii is maybe my least favorite character, because he is one of those people who is goal oriented, but he lets his goals make him mean to other people (for example, the voice message he sent to Saen last episode).

The shots and directing are gorgeous, the looks everyone shares are killing me! After Not Me, this is my 2nd favorite BL that is airing right now! When Fah and Thorn finally kiss, I am going to die! And I totally think that Dome and Vee are going to start having a secret affair! That one scene in the intro, where Vee is walking at night with his chest showing and Dome is following him, kind of looking around?? That totally gives me "gay hookup vibes"!

Can't wait for the next ep!

Bad Buddy is amazing, tho

They're not that good, people just love them b/c they were some of the first BLs and it's nostalgia. It's like when 40 year olds talk about cartoons they loved as a kid. If you go watch the cartoons, they are just ok, but for the 40-year old, they just remember loving them as a kid, so they think they are way better than they really are.

It's amazing, it made me cry so many times, the soundtrack is awesome! It's on YouTube in the US, and netflix in the Philippines. Other than that, it's probably on dramacool or kissasian.

Be aware, the director was accused of sexually harassing one of the lead actors, Paolo Pangilinan (who is openly gay). That's why there is no second season, but the first season is amazing!

yes, I have absolutely considered those things, and what I have determined is that right now the show is boring. and if within the next episode they are able to make things interesting for me then I will keep watching and if they aren't I won't. seriously I get that you all like this show, but like put the attack dogs back up in the kennel.

well, since you obviously know what is going to happen, it all makes sense to you, but for those of us that have not already read the entire book and don't know all the spoilers, all we saw was a bunch of random people standing around looking awkward. maybe it will make sense in the future, but if we all drop the show because we're bored, we'll never find out

Akk is hot af, the show is kinda boring right now, they need to move the pacing along more. Nothing interesting is happening right now. Also, the teasers where Akk and Theo get close for some mundane reason and then everything slows down is waaaay overdone and annoying.

I like Akk and Theo together, I wish the plot was something else though. I'm not against the harem thing, but I'm already invested in Akk and Theo and the harem part just seems distracting right now. Maybe the whole point is to make Akk jealous so he realizes his true feelings for Theo? Idk.

I was willing to go along on the first ep, but the 2nd ep was more of the same: mostly bland setup.

Ep 3 needs to really step it up, or this one might get dropped.
