Right??? I was waiting for her to be like, Phob, if you get with the Prince, you will get hurt...instead of the BS about the ground dragging down the sky...gross...
Wow, this drama is so intense! The scene where Phob is washing Tinn, and then at the end of EP 2...every look between them is dripping with sensuality... So, based on what Phob said, he's going to overthrow the monarchy for love??? I'm here for it!
Ok, question, what's up with Iqiyi? I keep seeing that Wu has a banner saying Top 10, but then under High Popularity, it's listed as Top 29...what's going on with it, anybody know?
I felt like the pilot was a whole movie! This looks amazing! It seems mature, complex, it deals with adult relationships, it seems sad and bittersweet, and maybe hopeful. I can't wait!
Godji's character is trans IN the series so I accept it being labelled lgbt
Interestingly, Wu is not tagged LGBT right here on kisskh...it is tagged Bromance. Also, Iqiyi is not AO3 or Wattpad. If something is tagged LGBT on Iqiyi, viewers expect there to be a strong LGBT component. I would pushback and say that on Iqiyi, they are *not* tags like on AO3 or Wattpad where every aspect is labeled for archival purposes but in fact *are* the genre. For example, Girl Rules (GL with NamtanFilm if you are not familiar) is tagged in Iqiyi as: Thai LGBT Romance. They didn't tag it as: Lesbian, Lesbian Fashion Model, Fashion, Bisexual, Lesbian-Straight Relationship, etc..etc...
Iqiyi labeling it as LGBT still smacks of queerbaiting to me, similar to what happened with Gagaoolala.
To reiterate though, I like Sky and Nani as actors and Wu looks good, great first ep, so that is why I wish they would back off the LGBT marketing, I don't want the controversy to overshadow the series.

On the American sitcom Friends, Chandler's parent is trans, does that mean that Friends is an LGBT series? Having a trans supporting character doesnβt automatically make a show LGBT-focused any more than having a doctor makes a show a medical drama.
I like Sky and Nani and I like Wu, but I wish they would back off the LGBTQ marketing. If it's not going to be a queer romance, stop tagging it that way. It's still tagged LGBT on Iqiyi.
This is a great series! Poor Singto! The mother is horrible. Up and Poom have great chemistry, as always! Also, I am sooo into Tai! Can we get that man a man???
Shocking, I know, but...you can actually have all the things...a great story...AND kisses...AND naked scenes...I…
I have seen people complain many times about bad BL series that only had sex scenes and terrible writing, etc... Go read the comments about Check Out, Unforgotten Night, Playboyy, etc... There are many.
so far I take it as them loving each other, but their relationship will never be fulfilled, if you get me... so…

I get that for some people, those who are sex-repulsed for example, they may have a prejudice against love scenes and people who enjoy seeing them...but most humans on earth enjoy seeing complex, nuanced love stories, that also include kissing and sex...because most humans, in their romantic relationships, kiss and have sex...
I think Net and JJ have great chemistry and their interactions are the highlight of the series, but this story is a mess. Too much slapstick, running around, screaming, yelling. I think they could have cut about 50% of what we have seen so far and it would only have made the series better. This could definitely be like 8 episodes and be a good series (based on the first 4 eps anyway). It's getting better and more interesting, but dang, those first 2 eps especially were *rough*.
The actor Kim is gorgeous, and is talented as well. I want to see more of him. Latte's character is a total asshole (in the present and in the past).
I'm interested to see more of: Klao's dad and what really happened, if Klao and Phob were actually together or just in love and spending all their time pining like Victorian ladies, and of course, I'm waiting for Nakun and Phob to start their romantic relationship. I hope that Klao's soul is found and gets to come back to Phob and then Nakun goes back to the future and meets his version of Phob there.
The series has potential, but oof, it's been rough. Hope it keeps getting better.
