for me, one of the important aspects of girl from nowhere is that nanno seems like just an ordinary school girl (even though she can do things that’s beyond human ability) but in this one, they really shows how she’s an entity that’s not human so it kinda feels like it doesn’t have same premise and i don’t really know how i feel about that yet.. maybe i’ll have to watch ep 2 next week to get more idea on what they’re going to do with the story but yeah, not really a strong first ep imo

his parents found out about his gender identity and they’re very against it. his dad asked him to go to the military instead

REJ gave CSY chances to redeem herself again and again but she didn’t took them. i felt for REJ seeing the friend she loved and hated suffering so much and had no one on her side when she was dying so she had no other choices than warming up to her again in her last moments. and that was really heartbreaking.

i wish CSY would meet REJ’s mom for the last time or at least her reaction to CSY’s death.

wow this was really good. i started crying at the end of ep 14 and was bawling watching ep 15 especially towards the end. this is a toxic relationship at its finest. CSY was a b*tch and honestly REJ was a saint.

ngl i thought this was gonna be a sapphic series, but there was a man between them… i don’t like how there’s always men in women’s friendships and in the end, it ruins their friendship. give us complex women relationships without needing men come in between please!!

but overall i love how this drama hurt me so i’m giving it 9/10
